Was staying here for a week for a business trip and the stay was like being on vacation. The room was immaculate and bedroom furniture was clean. If you want stay at a hotel with great rest and be comfortable consider this establishment. The breakfast in the morning is worth attending in the morning absolutely delicious food.

The first day I was there I went to go take a shower ? and the handle leaked bad. Then my kids took a bath and the shower ? head leaked when you were filling the tub. The following day I went to work and came back my room was not cleaned. I have to throw out the trash and ask for towels. The on the other room we found found ?. They moved us and the people upstairs had been loud all afternoon. Then they offer a guest a lunch bag, we ask if they give them out she said yes if you ask for one. How are you to know if there is no sign letting guest's know they can have one. Okay to stay there but I don't know if I would stay again.Nearby activities: You have a grocery store next door, a gas station next door, Dennis next door, Domino's and Taco ? place with Generals about 30 feel west of the hotel.

We loved the Jacuzzi in our room but that hasn't been working in months, last time I was here I went out to have breakfast and I forgot my key and the lady at the front desk would not let me back in my room, horrible experience, we stay here all the time when we visit our family that lives out there. Not going

Terrible. Never again. My dog is a service animal and they still refused to check me in after offering to show the official documents.

1 star is being nice. With someone that has a mental and emotional disability I was denied my room I reserved on Expedia that said "service animals welcomed". I was denied service and a room for having a service animal that is clearly visible. Horrible customer service going against a Federal Law. Do no stay here!

I stayed at the Best Western Plus Inn & Suites in Wasco on July 5, 2023, and we stayed for only 1 day. However, it was our first time staying at this hotel. The ambiance and the customer service provided by Nancy were excellent. Her expertise as a customer service representative went above and beyond, making us very comfortable during our stay. We were in a rush due to a family emergency.Unfortunately, I left my cellphone behind. I called and spoke with Adrian, who was very helpful. The next day, I called again and spoke with Sharita. The room was occupied, so I called Alex the following day, and I received the information I needed. It was very helpful.I also contacted the corporate office, where I spoke with Greg. His expertise in handling customer service issues amazed me. In less than one hour, he resolved the issue, and I got my phone back in good condition. It was a great experience, and I will definitely recommend this place.

The one star is due to the manager's ignorance of customer experience.I asked The front desk clerk to contact him because I had a credit card problem. He refused to speak with me on the phone, even after receiving a second request from the desk clerk.I was not angry. I simply wanted to discuss the situation. I should be clear, the front desk clerk was as helpful as she could be but she was not allowed to address customer satisfaction in the least. As often as I travel, and as many places as I visit, this is the first time that I've given a one-star review.

The Wasco Best Western is a beautiful place. very nice , sparkling and clean rooms, very efficient and friendly front desk staff but best of all are the grounds! Amazing roses blooming everywhere, nice trees and a bench to sit on and just spend a moment enjoying looking at the nice hotel grounds. The location is excellent next to the Wasco Denny's which is great food, always open and staffed with really nice people. I recommend the Wasco Best Western!!!

I stayed at the Best western plus in Wasco, Ca from Sept. 2022 to March 2023 and had a wonderful experience...it truly was a home away from home. The front desk workers were kind and very helpful, the manager of the hotel was very accommodating and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, which we're minute in nature. The room was clean, as well as the linen. The bathroom was clean and stocked with soap, and towels, and I could always count on taking a nice hot shower. There were zero bugs in my room, and I did have to switch rooms a few times only. The heater and air conditioner worked well in the rooms too. I had a king suite room for 90% of my stay, which was located on the second floor facing the front parking lot...and I slept well. Also, the hotel has a washing machine and dryer which was kept in good working order. Parking for the most part was good; I was able to park near my room consistently. The bed was comfortable and at night it was quiet...now some nights a little noisy but I would say 90% of the time it was quiet. The continental breakfast was really good. You could request almond milk and waffles. The other breakfast items were fresh (for example, oranges, bananas, bagels, muffins) and the atmosphere in the dining room was really nice, clean and upscale. When you walk into the hotel the decor (also upscale) and background music was so nice. Who ever decorated did a wonderful job. This hotel stays off a Main Street that is near tons of places to eat, there is a grocery store in walking distance from the hotel as well as a gas station right across from the hotel (on the same lot) for your immediate needs. Overall, after 6 months staying at the Best Western Plus Wasco hotel ...Monday through Thursday, and for one weekend due to weather...I had a great experience, and I am so grateful to God for allowing me to find this jewel in Wasco, Ca. I would definitely stay again at this hotel and would recommend my family and friends to stay there if they are in the area.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!Reserved on the BW app, guaranteed payment with my credit card and we arrived after over 8 hours of driving, exhausted. Lady at front desk has a weird attitude and demands all sorts of extra documents as well as another credit card. Since I already guaranteed payment of one night I told her to just charge it to that card (as I had for the past couple nights at other BW properties, I’ve been a BW member about 40 years). She also wanted to photocopy my drivers license and I have serious concerns about identify theft and told her that’s not going to happen. Just give us the room we reserved and we’ve “guaranteed” and let us get some rest. But nope, this lady became even stranger. She said if I don’t give her another credit card she wouldn’t give me my room (my original card was completely valid and I used it specifically for a BW promotion that applied to it). I offered to provide another card for incidentals but she refused- she said she wants to charge the room to it too. Which would invalidate the promotion….Since it was apparent she wasn’t going to provide the “guaranteed” room, I said I’m done with this conversation and we are going to have to leave and find other accommodations. Then this lady tells me she will charge me for a “no show.” I said first, “what will you charge it to?” And second, “I’m standing right in front of you- I think you’re a little unclear on what a “no show” is.” She blew off both questions. I noticed she was texting on a tablet next to the computer and guessed it was to her manager, gave it one last shot by asking for her manager- to which she said it would be a long while before he gets in. It was late and I had it with their antics, took photos of the lobby to prove I did show up, and left. While we were in the parking lot looking for an real hotel nearby, onto my screen comes a charge to my original card for the night I had “guaranteed” but she just refused to honor. I guess to these scumbags it’s okay to refuse the guaranteed room “because of potential fraud” but it’s just fine to charge that “potentially fraudulent” card for what they fraudulently will later claim to be a “no show.” Unbelievable.Rather than go back and confront this crazy lady, we just left, ate and drove another 6 or 7 hours home. Almost hit an overturned vehicle on the road around a curve 5 hours into it.I had already warned her if my card gets any charges for this it’s an immediate chargeback, but the owner or manager of the place actually thought he could intimidate me into believing he had a right to steal my money for a room he failed to provide. I won the chargeback. But I would have rather had sleep that night and not nearly died on the way home.In my experience, Wasco Best Western does not deserve anyone’s patronage. They operate unethically, they attempt to steal from guests, and it’s a creepy place overall, really expensive place in a “nowhere” town. I’m guessing they must live off of people associated with the nearby prison or something.I used to be a huge fan of BW, but this experience will move BW far beneath Motel 6 in my hierarchy of quality hotels. I even tried to get BW Corporate Customer Service involved to mitigate their scam, but BW corporate told me that they always stand behind their franchisees over their customers(!!!). Apparently Best Western doesn’t give a damn about their franchises running ethically and legally, it’s all about screwing their guests.BW has fallen tremendously from the awesome quality chain they once were in the 1970s and 1980s.
