Worse customer service. Not only is it the worse, but very unprofessional. I think it's Wells Fargo over all has began to dwindle. The culture and context of the employees is not good. Went in to this branch speak to the manager. He needs to go to manager school. Then called the 800 # and I get it, it's not just the manger but the entire culture of Wells Fargo. No wonder they got sued for millions for fraud years ago. Very disappointing where our financial system has gone

We went in and had the best experience. First the parking lot is easy to navigate. You walk in and yhey welcome you. Our teller Priyanka was very kind and sweet. The branch manager was listening to our conversation and offered some insight to help us. Honestly is was a very refreshing experience and we will go out of our way if needed to go there for our banking needs. Tha k you guys gor making me feel luke a person and not a number.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've banked at Wells Fargo since 2004 and yesterday I came in with my 17 year old daughter to set up a direct deposit. I had a few questions which I wanted answered before I set it up. The banker informed me I could not set up direct deposit to a savings acct and my daughter would need to open a checking acct. She already had a savings account so I figured this would not take up to much time. My appt was at 3pm. When we arrived, there was an elderly man with the banker. I could not believe how rude he was with him. The manner in which he spoke to him was unprofessional and he was belittling him. When the banker got to me, he was rude and not helpful. He made me feel like I was bothering him and made me feel that I should know the answers to the questions I was asking him. When I told him we would like to open a checking acct for my daughter he informed me that my appt is only a 30 min appt and I would need to make another appt. My husband had already taken time of work the day before to inquire on how she could set up direct deposit. The teller was not helpful and basically said they needed to set up an appt. The appt was set up for the following day. I also left work early and took my daughter to the appt. At this point we have missed two days of work to try and do this to get the worst customer service ever! I could not believe the incompetence and total disregard for their customers. I informed him that I would close my acct (which is a substantial amount) He didnt seem to care. After closing my account I walked over to Chase Bank and received the best customer service. Needless to say, Wells Fargo lost my business but apparently they don't care.

Came by to my local Wells Fargo to make a deposit. The bank itself wasn't open yet but the ATMs outside were. Super easy and convenient as a park right in the front.

Love the new manager here, helpful, responsive and straight to the point. Previous manager was a unresponsive jerk who sat behind his desk pretending to do work :X

Very convenient. There are two ATMs at this location.
