I’d give this a negative 1 if I could…Their bakery should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered a cake for a 60th Anniversary for a conference group and it looked like a child wrote on it. The fact that they thought it looked good enough to send out?! Embarrassing to say the least, how do you charge someone $62 for a cake to come out looking like that?!

Just moved into the area, and this was the closest supermarket to me. When I walked in, it was pretty empty for a tuesday night and I started to get followed 2 different times. By the way I'm black. I was walking around to see where everything is because this was probably going to be my new store. Yeah i'm never going back. I haven't been followed in a super market in years. Not until I came to this stater brothers. My family and I will be shopping elsewhere.

The two stars is for service at the deli. Went in at around noon to pick up some chicken. Walk in and go to the chicken counter and it's empty. There was a guy and a girl behind the counter. I asked the guy when will they have chicken ready, his answer " in a while"......I asked him whats a while so I know if I can wait and do some shopping in the mean time. His response "maybe 30 minutes" looks over at the girl and turns around and " no longer not sure" I said it's noon and no chicken? With a horrible attitude he said "we are working on to go orders first so you're going to have to wait. I walked out, called the West Covina store and they had plenty and fresh and also- the people were very friendly. I will drive out of my way to go to other staters stores when craving Cleo and Leo chicken. Note: I've read other reviews and unfriendly, attitude people working here is the norm.

This review is for the meat department. My family's been coming to this walnut stater brothers since it opened. I went shopping this past Saturday and was at the meat department when a clerk named Isaiah was ignoring me while laughing with his other coworker and being unprofessional. He couldn't even wrap my order right and rudely tossed it on the counter. Then I see him later walking n laughing around the store with other co workers like theyre still in high school. I hope you train these young kids how to be professional while they're working.

i dont shop here regularly but when i do, i appreciate not needin 2 punch in my fone # nor swipe a membership card in order 2 save on groceries ~ staff is friendly & place has plenty of parking

Employees here have some terrible attitudes. The young men pushing carts and bagging are great, but the old wrinkly cashiers have some shitty and very unwelcoming attitudes! And it's not just today it's every time I come to this location
