I do not recommend this shop for any body issue. Long story short, I have BMW 535i saden, I went there to ask if they could fix my bumper after an accident. They told me that they could fix all the problem I have even promised me to use original parts. However, turns out they charge me original parts substitutes with cheap parts. I am so mad with the owners attitude, they are not responsible for their service plus poor attitude.

Mercedes ML 350 service needed and i found this location online. I was done with Mercedes dealership HIGH prices...Had a great experience working with service advisor David Ly and
master mechanic Miguel. Both are very professional. I highly recommend this location and their prices are fair.

Great place to service Mercedes cars and very knowledgeable staff. The appointments can delay due to customer volume but their skills are second to none!

This place is awesome. Service advisor (Melody) was super friendly. She was able to tell me how long it take and the estimate cost at the spot (unless other things was discovered). The technician was professional and knowledge. Best of all, the price was reasonable. They don't tell you to fix things just because. The waiting room was nice and clean. Beverage (coffee/water/coke) are all available LOVE it.

All of my friends, colleagues, and family members also come here for their car needs. whether you have an inexpensive car, or a superior luxury, high performance car, there's really nothing that WIHA cannot do for you. Their service and pricing are the best. They truly care and really do take the best care of customers and their cars. Routine service, body repairs, cosmetic repairs, system malfunctions, Wiha will take care of you. They also do all they can to work well with customers' insurance companies. I always appreciate their honesty when they tell me that something should be under manufacturer's warranty and to check with a manufacturer or originating dealer for the car prior to agreeing to doing any work -saves us customers a lot of money ! Thank you Wiha ! Hank, Henry, and David are all the very best !

Quote a low price over the phone first
When you finish the payment, it will be doubled immediately.
Then he started to fool the customers, why put synthetic oil?
The price on the bill clearly stated that it was the price of ordinary engine oil, and it was very dishonest to artificially fill it up.

I don't know what to think about service or responsibility ? ? Went in there on a Wednesday at 830 am sharp in the office and was told we have 40 cars pending and need to make an appointment Ok. Next appointment is Monday and told him I need a 30 thousand mile service the gentleman using the far right computer. Monday came to pick up car and only oil service was done and was told everything is ok and we also rotated the tires. That's a huge lie cause my rear tire rim has a blemish and this proves no rotation. !!!!

We have used SilverStar since 2018 after our warranty expired on our BMW X3. David is the service manager who has always helped us whenever we brought our car in. He is very accommodating and friendly. We have always gotten great service at a fair price and they are very honest with their service recommendations.

David was awesome! Check in was very quick and they had my car ready to go in a few short hours. I expected them to have it alllll day but was pleasantly surprised by their efficiency!
