We were very happy with the flowers from Royal Florist for our wedding. From the initial consultation to the wedding day, they were professional and easy to work with. They took the time to understand our vision and with their knowledge and experience were able to suggest thoughtful details (for example, what flower would be in season, what flowers tended to go well together).
The arrangements were beautiful and suited the style of our wedding well. The quality of the flowers was excellent, and they looked fresh throughout the day. They were very communicative and made the process enjoyable and easy. We were very pleased overall with the service and would hightly recommend Royal Florist to those looking for a reliable and talented florist.

May has the best flower shop around. My wife loves all the arrangements. I like the shop because they are custom made arrangements, doesn't look like I bought them on the corner of the street and or grocery store ..they look how flowers are supposed to look beautiful.

At almost 2pm, I realized it was a good friend's birthday and I had not planned anything. I found Royal Florists through Yelp and they totally came through. Not only did they fully customize a standard order, they got it delivered in under 2 hours! My friend was so happy and loved their floral design. Good florists with customer-first goals are hard to find. I found one at Royal Florists. Thank you for helping my friend enjoy her birthday just a little more!

Definitely one of the most beautiful arrangements I've seen so far. I was out of work for two weeks due to Covid and my wonderful team sent me flowers. They found a local florist and picked out my favorite color for the flowers. No price will be able to match the joy I felt when I received this beautiful arrangement. They came out so cute!!! The florist was accommodating in taking a few last minute (2days) orders of corsages and boutonnières for prom.. But you have to give yourself some time if you're particular about the color of your ribbons since they have an assortment to choose from, or you they are also willing to help you choose.. It's located in a big plaza by Starbucks so it was easy to find parking.

I ordered a bouquet through flower.com for my mom's birthday and received one that's nothing like what was shown from the web. After sending a message to flower.com, their reply was that they have reviewed the picture that i sent and have discussed this with the local florist. They were given a breakdown of the arrangement that was sent. Based on the breakdown that was provided, the order was filled to value the price that was paid for the arrangement (I paid almost $100 for this). Some of the arrangements have no specific stem counts (the problem is not just the shortness of flowers, some of the flowers is dying already) for the flowers but they will be filled to the amount allotted for the arrangement. Please be advised that the amount allotted for the arrangement will not only go to the flowers, it also includes the basket/vase and the greens and fillers that will be used on the arrangement. The recipe was followed and it was arranged based on our florist expertise. The arrangement will look exactly like in the picture but will be delivered as close as possible. We deeply value your relationship with Just Flowers and are committed to providing you with the highest level of service simply because our customers deserve the very best. We may apply a partial credit of $5.00 back to your credit card for the inconvenience. We will be waiting for your response regarding this matter. I ordered flowers online to be delivered to my friend who had surgery. I accidentally ordered for the wrong day, and when I called, they were able to get the bouquet out in time that day! However, the bouquet did not look anything like the description on the website. I understand bouquets are all based on availability of flowers but it was way off. I also had ordered for a Mylar balloon to be included and they did not add it to the bouquet. I called twice to get a refund or store credit. The person working said they would have the manager call me back but they never did. I have tried calling back and always get a voicemail. I no longer live in the area and am disappointed I can't trust them to use their online services again, unless I'm in a pinch.

No , I would not recommend this Royal Florist. My order was not acknowledged, no receipt sent.After a week of emails with no response. Finally Royal Florists said they were not able to take my order. They did say they would return my payment, Very unprofessional.
