Property and rooms are well worn. Dirty carpets, musty room smell. Adequate for a place to stay, near an event, but not the best.

Staff is friendly, it's in Walnut, despite next to freeway, didn't see any street campers or homeless people, we'll patrolled by Walnut LASD. Always have a room available, it's an older hotel, so don't expect new......but much better that Motel 6, or other cheaper ones, in sketchy parts of town.

Just a good location for us centralized between beach and family. It's in a good area, breakfast is wonderful.
