I recently had the front windshield of my Tesla Model 3 replaced, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service and quality. The team was professional, efficient, and attentive to detail. The installation process was smooth, and the new windshield is flawless. I’m impressed with the quality of the work and how quickly everything was done. I had a great experience. I initially called for a quote and availability. They said to go ahead and bring it in. When I arrived, the gentleman was very friendly and said he would get started on it. The wait time was about 1.15 hrs.
Before I left the gentleman who replaced the window was very nice and friendly.
I was a petite female and felt like it the pricing made sense.
Be sure to take cash or have zelle
Review update 2 days post replacement
After taking my vehicle to the car wash the windshield that was replaced was scratched easily. The quality of the windshield is not good.
I called and left message and the call was never returned.

Sadly I don't have the photos during my windshield replacement, yet I can confirm excellence and fast! With the recent heavy rain, I can confirm no leaks were seen in the windshield edges, since I had my windshield replaced over 6 months ago. Though the windshield I had were not Honda genuine, they worked with my Honda sensing and were affordable! For those needing immediate and excellent service, I would suggest checking with this professional window repair shop!

Had my car broken into the night before and reached out in the late hours for the soonest time to fix it. They replied to me pretty fast and I was able to get it fixed at 2pm. Thankfully since the dealership said it would take two weeks to schedule me in. Service was fast and it wasn't awkward (which is very nice), so now I would definitely feel comfortable to come back if I ever need window service. I feel like it was fairly priced and didn't think that i was being taken advantage of.

Definitely recommend! I had my windshield cracked by a pine cone on 12/28, and it was bad enough that I needed a replacement, not just repair. Considering it was the holidays I understand things may be a bit pricey and low availability, but even with insurance the lowest quote I could get anywhere else was $700+. A friend referred me here, and so glad. Got an appointment on 1/2, out the door price was $325. Mark was excellent and quick. Will definitely be coming back here if ever needed :)

Got referred to this place by a few people in the community , and saw the good reviews so I sent for a quote through yelp after shop was closed, however I got immediate response and a quote, I thought the price was pretty reasonable ( I got generic windshield glass not factory original part with logo) the process was quick Mark seemed very experienced, it's really a one man shop and don't expect a fancy wait room it's small and let's say it's a working shop a bit messy no fanciness here jjust got it changed 1 day ago, I will come back for an update if something goes wrong, over all I am happy with the job , only thing was Mark didn't let me know it's cash only , only wished that I had been told ahead of time, but not a deal breaker.

As a woman I'm always anxious when it comes to dealing with anything car related But professional auto glass was very fair with pricing, quick service (30 min to replace my entire front window), and I felt safe/comfortable (he let me sit in the backseat of my car while he worked cause there's no real waiting room and I didn't want to walk to the nearby coffee shop) Also very responsive and flexible. Originally my appointment was 10am and something came up so he let me change my time to 2pm last minute Thank you!!!!
