I had a terrible experience at Panda Express. After placing my order, they asked me to wait outside for my food. I patiently waited for 20 minutes, only to realize they had forgotten about me. When I went inside to inquire, the representative simply said, "Sorry, we forgot." Terrible service and a waste of my time.

Experience was not it. The girl in drive thru kept rushing our order & got the entire thing wrong. she was being rude when we were trying to get our order right, we were specific and she still managed to get it wrong because she kept rushing us.

One of the entrees was modified because they were out of stock on the ingredient. It did not turn out well. Not everyone likes kale. So I wound up saving it for myself.

Came here around 6:30 pm got teriyaki chicken when I was eating it the texture was hard but chewy undercooked I doubled checked this morning since I didn’t eat the chicken and it’s definitely undercooked like the last thing I need is to get sick due to people not cooking the food I trust you to serve me I’m never coming back I come here 3 times a week never had I received such food from any places I would not have expected this from this location beware you might get food poisoning I’m here to warn not to talk bad

Wished that our Walnut, CA branch's 'Panda Express,' sold those Panda plushes like Pasadena's did. I drove by here hoping they sold those Panda plushes, but unfortunately, they stopped carrying those items. I ended up buying me 6 bags of Fortune cookies to go and tried their tea refresher drink but will need to consult the pic I took because I forgot which flavor it was I bought to go. It was also indeed refreshing. My drink was gone in as few as a few hours.....Hope you will bring back those Panda plushes soon!!!!

My son and I stop by Panda Express usually for their cream cheese wontons. This location is in a plaza with other eateries and has plenty of parking. There's seating indoor and outdoor, restrooms are in the back and are clean. Customer service has always been attentive and accommodating.

Love this place. Usually pretty fast. But someone needs to tell Ella to take a deep breath. Lady is spazzing out, got my order wrong and spent 2 minutes trying to tap a card that doesn't have tap lol for real, just relax. It's not that busy there. Ever.

Food at this location is consistently good. My orders are always ready in time when I order from the app for pickup and the food is fresh. This store is clean and the staff is friendly.

I love panda express. What can i say? Americanized Chinese food. But one thing upsetted me today is the speed. It took 30 minutes to put together a 2 side, 3 entree, family meal for to-go. There was more than 6 employees working, at least 2 in the front. I was watching them as they work. Why so slow? Food is already made...

*Warning stay away from this circus location. When they tell you in the drive-thru they don't have your order ready that means they don't want to affect their percentage completion numbers. TORI drive thru employee with the face piercing placed order, took payment and made me wait 18 minutes outside for them not having rice ready. This is a rice place and that should always be ready unless they don't know how to manage a fast past food environment. After waiting 18 minutes, drive home 10 minutes just to find out food was missing. Called back and TORI had to spend another 10 minutes reviewing cameras to ensure you're not stiffing them with a part of the plate. She was very unpleasant to work with, in-professional, condescending and clueless of what she was doing. After all of her camera verification finally accepted their mistake and with an attitude taking down information since it inconvenienced her and that crew. Corporate, hopefully you read this, and make better decisions when appointing leaders in your establishment, specifically this one. Lori needs to be trained with cordial customer service to start with, face piercing is very professional in a food establishment. Stay away from this circus of a place!!!!

Their orange chicken was so hard , maybe I came too late around 8:30 pm .then they should told the customers about it or change new when it gets old . disappointed .but the spicy chili sauce iwas surprisingly good . They called it hot sauce but it's asian chilli sauce.
