Got a flat and AAA dispatch this company to help tow our car. Chris was very professional and made our day better. They came faster than the originally quote 45min (arrive within 20min) and get secure the car properly before taking us to a shop. Thank you Chris!

California Coach was called to tow my vehicle. The technician that answered the call entered our property without permission, was combative, made rude and racist comments. I asked him to exit my property and he became defensive and picked up a steel pipe from one of his compartment.

Not gonna lie, they damaged my vehicle. This said, they addressed it in a timely manner and professionally. My steering was damaged while loading and they fixed it the next day. I understand that things happen. I just want to thank Shaoi, (hope I spelled it correctly) Alex, and especially Ernesto for picking up my car and dropping back off to me as soon as the repair was completed. They stood behind the work and made me whole again. Not the best situation but handled the best way possible. Thanks again fellas.

Recently, had my jeep towed, through AAA and requested a flat bed. AAA said it was about an hour wait...okay...I understand. Later, I received a call from the tow company dispatcher...stating it's going to be a 2 hour wait now...fine.... The issue was dealing with the rude tow company dispatcher...she was so adamant on a hook and chain tow. I told her I need a flat bed...just like I requested...because I have a 4x4 jeep! She was so argumentative...she insisted a hook and chain!!! I explained I never had a tow with a hook and chain...even all my mechanics say "make sure your towed on a flatbed"... and I told her that; her reply was "are your mechanics a tow truck driver"... they my not be tow truck drivers, but they have common knowledge!!! Even my jeep manual says..."all four wheels on the ground or all four above ground, when towing" This is my thing, if people are unhappy at their job and can't provide good customer service, they need to find different job, that doesn't require that type of service!!I will be contacting AAA too...on the crummy service I received from her!! Luckily, the tow driver was awesome!

I recently received two services from their business that was related to battery issues, first one was not done properly, the guy showed up and tested my car battery then said nothing wrong with it. I explained to him that the car AC was not running properly and my mechanic told me that the battery is the issue,he told me that he was not has the battery on hand to replace it,then he told me to call the business few days later to request service again.I called the AAA first again few days later, they ,the towing company sent another guy came to check it out, he is an older man,sorry I forgot his name,but he noticed that one battery cable was not tightened enough,so he tightened it and then the problem got solved.

Solomon needs to be fired. It was Friday night (July 28 at 11:41 pm) when I needed a quick jump for my battery. He called me, saying he would arrive in 15 minutes, and I said, 'Sounds good.' However, he followed up with 'Better be there,' and his thick accent, poor communication skills, and 5-second delay before replying to everything were already making the conversation challenging.He called to notify me that he had arrived, but when I got outside, he was looking down at his phone while seated in the driver's seat. I tried to get his attention by waving, but he didn't look up, so I assumed he hadn't seen me and stood there hoping he would notice. After a minute, I tapped on the passenger-side window. He looked up at me, giving me a dirty look, and went back to his phone. I was getting angry, but then I thought maybe he considered me an annoying neighbor. So, I waited another minute in case he had to finish a text or something.When I walked to the rear passenger side, I was shocked to see him playing games. I knocked again, hoping I could ask him to call me when he was ready, but instead, he rolled the window down and said, 'I'm busy, GO AWAY,' before immediately rolling it up again. Frustrated, I decided to take photos, and in response, he rolled down the window, screaming, 'What the fck do you want!' I replied, 'What the hell is your problem,' and at that moment, he drove the car off, almost running my foot over. Luckily, I managed to move my feet out of the way just in time. As he drove away with the window open he become cursing and name-calling me waking all of Grandma's neighbors up. It's essential to mention that he was a bigger guy, and he was driving a tow truck and I was talking to him from the passenger side, I was far from threatening.After the incident, I was left with a dead battery. I truly wish I didn't have to give the business a one-star review, but such poor service from an employee makes me feel it's necessary to prevent this from happening to another person. I called Triple A to inquire about him, and they said his name was Solomon, but there's a possibility they could be wrong. If you are the owner/manager, I would love to explain further. I tried calling, but no one picked up, and I'm assuming it's because of the weekend. I firmly believe that anyone with such a malicious attitude and violent tendencies has no business being employed.

Called AAA to have my truck towed...immediately the tow guy calls me and asks where i wanted it towed...(originally to my house 22 miles away) i told him costco...the guy says all tire shops are closed and i tell him actually costco is open till 830, he then says it will be over 2 hours for a tow, i guess not enough money for this clown

Extremely satisfied with California Coach's towing service. Flat tire at home, so not a rush. Called AAA for a flatbed. California Coach was dispatched, eta 1 hour but actual only 30 minutes. Embarrassed I missed their calls (from the driver en route and upon arrival, and a voicemail from dispatch)--I was so grateful he didn't leave! The driver had every right to be irritated but he was so understanding and professional. Andres knew not to drive his truck (or my car with a flat) on the driveway--he said the hot weather would cause tire marks. So we pumped up my tire first. Again, so grateful as the night before we had to scrub all the marks from me backing out of the garage.From our friendly conversation on the way to the tire shop, I could tell that Andres goes above and beyond to put the customer first. If he's a reflection of California Coach, they deserve more than 5 stars.

I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews, however, THIS IS THE WORST towing experience I have ever had!AAA sent them to pick up my car from a mechanic and send it to a dealership. The towing dispatcher seemed a little curt but besides that Everything seemed smooth at first.When the driver arrived at the dealership, the same dispatcher called me to collect payment. I explained my confusion about the mileage overage and she cut me off and said "I need to know what you want to do now or I'm going to have my driver take your car!"I was stunned and I said I'm trying to let you know but can I please finish what I was saying, she said I was being very disrespectful and hung up on me! I called AAA, explained the confusion and she contacted the tow company. I called the tow truck driver to make sure they give my key to the service desk. He asked if I made the payment and I said yes, can you please tell me where my car is and he said I need to talk to my office and I asked him the same question again. and he hung up on me! The KIA service manager called me to say they don't want to give him the key and he was driving very aggressively in the parking lot. I told him that I will call the police if he doesn't give them the key.I called the this tow company back and it was a different person. He assured me the driver left the key with the service department. He was polite but but didn't seem to care what I told him about the rudeness because the girl who hung up on my multiple times was responding to what I was saying. I was on speaker.Anyways, they must've thought I was trying to rip them off for $36.00! lol. If she would have let me explain why I was confused and that I intended to pay, it wouldn't have gotten to that ridiculous level. AAA rep said she filed a complaint against this company on my behalf. From the looks of all of the negative reviews involving this company and AAA, nothing will change.....Service: Car towing

Called AAA for a tow at 4:24pm. They dispatched this company with Chris as the tow driver and eta was 4:42pm. Then they changed the eta to 5:02pm and then to 5:09pm. When I called to complain, they changed the eta to 7:08pm and then 8:08pm. Called AAA again and Rod got Golden Bear Towing tocome out to assist me.

I called AAA to tow my car and they sent over California Coach Towing. I got an update saying it'll arrive at 4:22PM. I received a missed call from a random number with no voicemail at 4:43PM. I called back at 4:47PM, realizing it might be the tow truck and he said he couldn't find my location. The tow truck finally came, I talked to the driver and he said they're not towing my car anymore and left when he already backed in to the parking lot where my car is! I called AAA again and they sent another tow company, but they didn't come until 8:30PM! I'm only towing my car 10 minutes away, but this whole process didn't end until 11:30PM!

My car got a flat tire on the freeway and I had to pull over on the emergency shoulder on the 57 north freeway. The shoulder did not have provide a stable flat ground to make towing easy. I had to pull over on uneven dirt/gravel and were very close to where cars were passing by at 60MPH. I was very anxious and frustrated over the whole dangerous situation and accidentally ended up giving the tow driver the wrong information regarding where I was. He called me back to confirm the address and ended up finding me even though I gave him the wrong location!! Frank was the name of the tow driver who helped me and he is amazing. He was able to get my car rigged up on the side of the freeway on uneven terrain without any issue. He made me feel safe and calm throughout the whole process which was great especially since getting a flat tire on the freeway can be a pretty traumatic and stressful experience.Thank you Frank!

Horrible company. AAA needs to get rid of these clowns!! They do NOT answer and will never show up for roadside assistance!!
