Stopped by to pick up my package as this was a DHL drop point. Great service, clearly a family run establishment but the Indian lady working was friendly! Got my package quickly.

The Indian lady working on Monday afternoon 9/11 was extremely rude and incompetent. She didn't know how to help customers at all. Avoid this place!

Great service, friendly and helpful employees, and gets the job done! If you need to drop off a package and make sure it's in good hands, this is your place to go. I've have multiple issues with other places losing my packages or things going missing, but Post Box Plus has never failed me. Will continue to come here and recommend to others!

Horrible service! UPS dropped my package off here, my husband came to pick it up since I work the exact hours they are open and they refused to give my package to my husband. Even after showing ID and confirming the last name and having the ticket. UPS, please don't leave my packages here again.

I was in a hurry for work stopped by here to send birthday presents out , didn't have anything wrapped or in a box just the things I wanted to send! They boxed everything up for me very nicely and made sure it was secured and packed nicely ! They were so nice about it also made sure the box would get there by her birthday!!! It's nice to see there are still nice helpful people out there!!! They didn't have to do that for me , I'm so very thankful and grateful for them! Now I can make it to work on time very convenient !!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE..............OMG!!! Went to drop off some packages this morning and the first thing the lady says is how many do you have? I didn't even get to answer her and she tells me I have to go to the post office. I asked why and she couldn't give me an answer she just said again I had to go to the post office. I only had 4 packages. There was no line and no one else there. Not sure what and why that happened. I told her it's sad because I'm trying to support my neighborhood businesses and she turns me away. I don't usually go here because honestly I forget that this place is here. I was picking up food next door so I thought I'd stop in. I won't make that mistake again. So sad.........not sure what to think about this experience.

Service is very friendly and courteous. Easy to locate. Needed a copy quickly so I found this place that was the closest to the post office.

I walk in say " Hello I wanted to see if I can drop this off (prepaid package) ,she said it's 50 cents. " for what I asked, all she said was, drop off. First of all, it's always polite and should be business practice to greet the customer and if you're going to charge a fee maybe have an explanation as to why there's a charge. 50 cents isn't going to break the bank but bad customer service will. I don't plan on going back here with the interaction I received but I do believe if you were better at greeting the customer and have a little more interaction maybe people will be more willing to pay it and even comeback.

These business owners DO NOT KNOW BUSINESS ETIQUETTE OR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My parents have been Walnut residents for 45 years and support local businesses. After 8 years or more of doing business with them, paying their account on time, respectful to them, decided to close their account. 2 years later, a package was attempted delivery to them in error. After inquiring about this, the owner threatened my mother that an error like that "better not happen again" and continued to yell at her. My mom was trying to help fix this error by attempting to discuss and notify them-the owner didn't let her speak just yelled at her! The owner needs anger management classes-they are rude, disrespectful and down right verbally hostile. They don't deserve to have a business with that attitude! Shame on Post Box Plus!!

Just go to USPS down the street. I wanted to ship a small package less than 16ounces and she would not let me ship first class like USPS would. The lady behind the counter insisted I ship ground which came out to 8$...Never going here again.
