The group of kids (staff) at this bookstore is very helpful. I am thankful for Memo who helped me with my daughters books. He and the others there help me get her what she needed very quick.

For the fall 2023 semester the bookstore didn't have three of the books I needed. Apparently the professors didn't provide the information of the courses. But according to all the professors they have provided the information before the semester started . I spoke to Eric the manager on a Monday when the semester started, and he stated that he was going to send an email to one of the professors. Thursday, the same week I followed up and Eric stated that he didn't send any email to anyone. I also mentioned that the director from one of the programs has sent him an email regarding the issue, and his response was that he doesn't have the time because he has been working so many hours. He is s so busy and he has about 500 emails he hasnot open any and he didn't have the time to send the emails because he's the only one. Eric was so rude, no customer service at all. This tells me Eric will not take a single step to help student needing help.

They have all the books needed for classes but they do not give a long enough return policy. It is not easy to return online books either because you have to go in store to return the book instead of calling.

The staff is incredibly nice, but everything is overpriced, and the store hours are a little inconvenient. Closed at 3PM and off on Mondays. Why?

Just had to return some textbooks but I was forced to go on campus and return them since the shipping label would not print. The website was having issues and now I can't get a refund for the shipping fee... Oh well!

My books were being held, I had to go in several times in demand that they physical check done for my books that had been there for 3 days and took a week to arrive. Not conducive to learning books, listed in stock online are not there.

They charge very unreasonable prices for any and all supplies. They don't honor price matches and give an excuse even when you match their criteria perfectly. Very rude service. They made me wait to the side after waiting in line for a long time and I watched them help out numerous people before me while making me uncomfortably stand there for about 20 minutes. You would think a book store owned by the school would actually want to accommodate it's own students. Buy your stuff off Amazon! The cost of a prime membership and your required textbook is sure to be cheaper COMBINED than buying the textbook alone here. Student prime is cheap!
