We had an exceptional experience working with Matt Tiguelo as our realtor. As first-time home buyers, we had numerous questions and uncertainties, but Matt was always available to answer any questions, providing clear and necessary information which made us feel more at ease through all the stress of buying a home.

We are so pleased to have chosen the right Real Estate team to sell our home in Eastvale. As an appraiser I know a lot of Real Estate professionals that could have worked with me and my wife. I knew approximately what the final price range would fall into and was right. The McLeod Team made our sale run seamlessly and sale was completed in 4 days. The pictures were terrific. The McLeod Team had 21 appointments set for a weekend that we spend attending out grand-daughter's graduation from high school. We were away about 48 hours and had 18 viewings in that period. The house was sold before we could get a sign up on the property. We accepted an offer that was in excess of $42K above list price. Great job McLeod Team.

Matt is everything you would want in a real estate agent! Him and the rest of the McLeod team were very professional, understanding of our needs and always had our best interest in mind. When it comes to selling homes, Matt made the whole process easy to understand, from our first meet up all the way to closing. He was always available to answer questions that we had and walked us through all the hurdles that came our way. We went in with a mentality that it might take awhile to sell, but Matt was able to secure a buyer before we even listed on the MLS! 10 out of 10 service and would recommend to all my family and friends. We have dealt with realtors three times in the past and we were dreading finding a new one. We asked our friend Sam for a recommendation, he works in the industry, and he sent us to the McLeod Team. What an amazing group of people. From attorneys to escrow, this is your one stop place for everything. We worked with Darwin and he is amazing. From the start we were treated like family, his caring and knowledge is top notch. He communicated with us promptly and any problems that came up were dealt with quickly. The McLeod team was recommended to my brother and I when it came time to sell our late mother's home that she had lived in for 60 years. Their agent Darwin Ciria was in immediate contact with us. He took charge with everything from termite inspection to necessary repairs. My brother lives in Idaho and they and the escrow service they work with, Inspire Escrow, did everything like set up Notaries in Idaho, to expedite the process. We were able to close on the sale in less time that my realtor friends thought was possible. I cannot say enough good things about the McLeod group and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to sell their home.

Full Disclosure: Len Mercado is my old high school school mate/good friend. This will be a very biased review! ;)My first time buying real estate property in SoCal through a Realtor was back in 2015/2016 with Darwin with the purchase of my vacant, unimproved lot in Cabazon for a paltry $4,500. Sure, I’ve had a realtor in Vegas years ago and one or two in San Diego; however, the McLeod Team always comes out on top!Fast forward to 2023, and they’ve been SO awesome in listing and subsequently finding a buyer for that same tiny property in Cabazon. I just can’t imagine how quickly we were able to find several interested parties for my cute, tiny parcel. I was very concerned that my listing would sit there for many months. However, that was not the case! They really stepped up and leveled their game. I’m also grateful that we closed 30 days early on the escrow.Overall, and as always, outstanding communication from both Darwin and Eileen. I definitely appreciate the frequent updates via text, voice and email! They took all my worries and concerns away.You need to have a Realtor represent you like the McLeod Team - at your corner - no matter how small or large your property may be. Our home buying journey has been a long fought one. It’s been about 2 months since moving and settling in our new home thanks to the McLeod and Associates Team!Working with McLeod and Associates through the entire process has been such a great experience from start to finish. Beginning with pre approval, house hunting/touring, to questions and inquiries in between, the McLeod Team has been top notch!The loan team is very knowledgeable and was super helpful. The thought of purchasing our first home during this time was daunting! So we weren't sure what to expect when we first met Anna. I am sure glad we did. Since our first meeting, we immediately connected and we knew right then that she was our realtor! Having Anna support and guide us through this process was extremely helpful. From the moment we were "just looking" to "this is the home we want," Anna has been there every step of the way! We felt scattered at the beginning of this process and she was there to guide us and help us find the home that fit our list. We also had the added layer of dealing with Veterans Affairs and challenging sellers, which would have made it more stressful if Anna wasn't there. Anna was patient and willing to be there for us anytime we had questions or concerns, especially as first-time homebuyers. We have had the pleasure of working closely with Darwin, Marlyne and the Mcleod team. With all of their hard work and patience they helped us find our forever home. We knew buying and selling our home at the same time would be a tough and complicated process, but working with them made the process feel so smooth. They were always one step ahead of us with all of our questions answered and thoroughly explained. We received routine phone calls even after their working hours to ensure that everything was done in a timely manner to reduce our stress. They were always respectful of our time because my husband and I work complicated hours. Their patience is extraordinary, we knew we weren’t their only clients but they made us feel like we were a top priority.Letting go of our first home was emotionally draining. We posted our home on a Tuesday and got multiple offers after 2 days of showings by the end of the week! To say McLeod is a good company would be an absolute understatement. They are one of the best in the SoCal region. My past journeys of home buying experiences had been frustrating and stressful but McLeod and the Team completely changed my opinion on home buying. From the moment we met our agent Darwin, things progressed rapidly and smoothly. Everyone we worked with - Darwin, Marlyne, Patrick, Guy, and Eileen - was positive, courteous, and highly professional. We were treated with respect, care, and punctuality. My first time hearing about the McLeod team, was through my brother and now realtor - Matthew Tiguelo. Prior to him becoming an associate to the McLeod’s, I remember clearly discussing with him what his goals are and how it aligns with his hunger to grow professionally and personally in the real estate world. Being his sister, I already know many of the challenges he has faced that have brought to light the importance of family.First off, I cannot speak highly enough about the proactive effort and action that places so much more weight behind the words of his mentor, Darwin - when first reaching out to Matthew to become a part of their team. Although it was not mine nor my family’s first time purchasing a home, we were stepping out of our comfort zone away from another realtor who has helped us with our realty needs in the past. The collective welcome, support, and respect Matt has received from the whole team was not only extended to him but to our whole family on the purchasing end after discussing our desire to buy a new home AND with no pressure at all to use them. Matthew actively listened as he presented and showed us many homes until we found the right one and represented us very professionally.
