I’ve been going to Meditime about six years. I’ve received a lot of help and information on facial machines. Meditime is equipped with latest machines that are incomparable with other companies’. They never offered an unreasonable price on their products. Instead, they always provided their products with an affordable price +installment payments. I haven’t requested repair services on their products so far, however, they kindly helped me to fix the machines that I purchased from other company. All staff were extremely kind and helpful. They spent their time to explain everything in details on their products and prices. I’m looking forward to purchase more of their new products. Thank you, Meditime!

I had the misfortune of working for this dishonest company for few months, and I wish to warn ALL skincare companies to stay away from Meditime. If you are currently working with this company, I highly suggest you seize any and all business activity with them immediately. During my stay, I've witnessed 5~6 employees straight out quit (out of 10) without any prior notice. There are clear explanations as to why they all quit, and I'll explain couple. To start, the owner, his head saleswoman, and this repair person w/ alopecia is extremely deceitful to the point which they are scamming their current skincare clients for additional revenue. During one of the meetings while my miserable stay there, the owner name Yong-Baik Kim initiated an increase in repair fee by a ridiculous amount. His reasoning is that when his air-conditioning at home broke, he was charged $500 for the repair. So in his head, he felt like he got scammed by the repairman, so his solution to this personal mental angst was to increase his own service fee for all his clients to show who is the real boss. Because Yong Baik is the boss, not the air conditioning repairman. The person with alopecia who does the repairing for this company is not academically qualified to fix the devices (imo) in a financially efficient manner which might contribute to the unnecessary fees the clients are charged with. From my time working there, I've noticed that he has dyslexia with no legitimate certificate for his trade. That's fine, but wouldn't you want someone more qualified to fix your costly skincare device that you've purchased? That happens to malfunction often? And the repair fee being so unreasonably high? Honesty goes a long way, and the practice of this old adage is absolutely absent in AMA Meditime. I kind of have to thank God for parting ways with this company because I now work for a big company, with great pay, u0026 with great people. I was given an opportunity to work as an Digital Marketing Intern for at AMA Meditime for 6 months.I enjoyed working there, as everyone was friendly, caring, and respectful to each other. Although I was an intern, I was given autonomy to be creative for my projects, and an opportunity to grow. Working at AMA Meditime, I learned a lot about digital marketing that I couldn't have learned at school.Everyone working at AMA Meditime is professional, who always work hard and try their best to make customers happy about their products. I had never seen anyone at the office slacking off while I was working there.I definitely recommend any college students majoring in marketing/advertising to apply for an internship at AMA Meditime, because you will gain a valuable real-life marketing experience! Also, for potential customers, all AMA Meditime's products are taken care carefully by professionals. I can assure you that you will have a great experience with AMA Meditime.

I was given the opportunity to work as a Digital Marketing Intern at AMA this past summer.I learned a lot through this experience and especially enjoyed working here because of the flexibility allowed in expressing my creativity and my own experience in every project. This internship was an excellent first step into marketing, especially as a college student looking for something hands-on. I was under great leadership and though I would be dabbling in projects I have never been exposed to, I was always encouraged to ask for help if needed and given advice that would help me excel in these same projects.One of the best parts about my time at AMA was how welcoming and friendly everyone was at the company. I was able to get situated early on and being able to collaborate with other interns than myself fueled my ability to start taking on my own projects.For early college students in need of experience to get their foot in the door, I recommend this internship as I have seen myself grow professionally over the past few months. My knowledge regarding the ins and outs of digital marketing has grown exponentially in comparison to when I first started working as an intern.
