Watch out from this company if you want to buy pallet rack. They don't have contract license and will not get your pallet rack permit from the city. The material are very cheaply made and they false advertising their gauges. They claim it's gauge 14 but only gauge 16(the higher gauge number the thinner). So thinner than US standard. The owner, named Tao Hong (Tom) and his wife En Chen (Joanna) borrowed money from several banks in China and bought their inventory with that money and escaped to the US when they first started their business here in California, so that they didn't have to pay off their loans but they could not return to China as well. So they are not manufacturer or factory as what they claimed. Just very shady and business without integrity.
