Made a call for public disturbance and their response time was 20 minutes. The officer even provided a follow up phone call to explain the situation when he didn't have to.

July 4th...illegal fireworks in my neighborhood throughout all day. Couple parents with their children, at least, 15 of them, gathered set firecrackers, children screaming every time when blast. Its already 10:34 pm. I can't even open my window due to burning fire smell. I contacted walnut sheriff station, three times, all they can say is "too busy" "just wait" "be patience" "fireworks are everywhere" "emergency first when someone get hurt" Yeah, sheriff should know, fireworks are fire hazard, it's dangerous, fireworks can burst it to actual fire in someone's property. Especially, we are in years of drought. When you need them, they never show up. Zero star.

It really depends on who's helping you. I had different experiences with three different deputies, two excellent and one middling. I hope they will try to do better in the future, but they have a tough job and are mostly trying their best.

They are reasonable sheriffs if you explain your situation in a calm and clear manner. They can see you are in distress and will work with you. Thank you for protecting us.

I just got all three of my vehicles catalytic converter etched today at Calvary Chapel in Diamond Bar. It was super quick and easy. The Sheriff on hand were professional and answered all my questions. I found the event on Eventbrite so I called the Sheriff station to confirm the event was actually going on and how long it would take. When she said it'll take a minute to do I was thinking great I can get all mines done in a jiffy. I'm glad they are doing this preventative measure for the community.

I can only describe Diamond bar sheriff with one word Cowards. For years they have harassed a black woman of color for no reason at all now in retaliation they have started harassing a 86-year-old with dementia by trying to prevent her from getting medical care, and soliciting people from every organization to commit crime. Now I have to ask myself, how low can a person get besides violating a child that’s pretty low. They have given these monsters a gun and a badge and put them on the streets, to Terrorize the public.

I Tried to report a Mail Theft and called them in and was told deputy will be there in 1 Hour, waited for 2 Hours at home and called them again , was told they are too busy for this, and was suggested to come into the station earlier morning directly since they were not that busy in the morning.Went in @8:00AM and there was no one there, two mins later a lady came out , I told her I was here to file a police report regarding the Mail Theft, was told they didn't have any deputy available.Either I can wait in station or I can wait at home, and there was no guarantee how long time it will takes for a deputy officer come back to help me for filing a report. I don't want you guarantee anything as I understand there's emergency that they need to take care of. But I have the Theft License Plate number, Can I wrote it down and I can gave her whatever the information that you need? Her answer was simple NO..I just hate to bring the Lady's name here to Public and make her looks worse.. and I think she just got a bad day or she is too tired instead she was not willing to help. I just don't under stand why it's so hard to get help from Sheriff's Station now and there's definitely a better way to resolve this. If you are one the officers from this Station had read the reviews from Google, will you do anything to help our community ?

went in person to file a report for someone using my home address without my consent. Officer said he doesn't see a crime in that and there is nothing I can do. I told him I wanted to file a report so if anything happens in the future I'm not liable, and he said I wont be. Is he talking out of his A$$ or is it true?

Called 8:03 am for a loud construction noise issue by the neighbor on Sunday morning, and sheriff hasn’t showed up at 9:20 am, I called again ask for just ring my phone not doorbell cause my baby girl is sleeping, they said No Way, I’m asking you to come and help me for keeping quiet, not for awake my baby
