Service is very friendly and courteous. Easy to locate. Needed a copy quickly so I found this place that was the closest to the post office.

I walk in say " Hello I wanted to see if I can drop this off (prepaid package) ,she said it's 50 cents. " for what I asked, all she said was, drop off. First of all, it's always polite and should be business practice to greet the customer and if you're going to charge a fee maybe have an explanation as to why there's a charge. 50 cents isn't going to break the bank but bad customer service will. I don't plan on going back here with the interaction I received but I do believe if you were better at greeting the customer and have a little more interaction maybe people will be more willing to pay it and even comeback.

These business owners DO NOT KNOW BUSINESS ETIQUETTE OR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My parents have been Walnut residents for 45 years and support local businesses. After 8 years or more of doing business with them, paying their account on time, respectful to them, decided to close their account. 2 years later, a package was attempted delivery to them in error. After inquiring about this, the owner threatened my mother that an error like that "better not happen again" and continued to yell at her. My mom was trying to help fix this error by attempting to discuss and notify them-the owner didn't let her speak just yelled at her! The owner needs anger management classes-they are rude, disrespectful and down right verbally hostile. They don't deserve to have a business with that attitude! Shame on Post Box Plus!!

Just go to USPS down the street. I wanted to ship a small package less than 16ounces and she would not let me ship first class like USPS would. The lady behind the counter insisted I ship ground which came out to 8$...Never going here again.

Why is this post office drop off charging to drop off boxes when I am sure they are being subsidized by our USA government.? .50 per box when I have already paid to ship it to sender? I refused and walked out! This needs to be reported to officials.

I ordered a Nokia Lumia 435 case for my phone. The product was received in the time window advertised with free shipping. case was a perfect fit for my phone. I'll shop with Karen Deals in the future.
