Customer Service is everything. This repair took forever not at the fault of the shop. Tesla took months to get the parts need for my repair on my model x.
Thomas was great. Communicated through email and phone calls. Always called back before the day ended every time we reached out. He did above and beyond what he needed to do. The staff was always polite. In a situation like this, in these times, you appreciate a business that stays professional and keeps customer service standards high even when the customer is frustrated.
Repairs were excellent as well.

didnt even speak proper english, horrible parking, quoted me almost $500 for something that i got quoted for $100 at another auto body shop. tried to charge me for extras.

They did a good job with my Cadillac Escalade. It took a little while because they were booked in advance. They told me ahead of time it would be a few weeks before they can get to it to me. To me that says they do good work. They didn't have me bring the vehicle in until they were ready to fix it so that was cool. When I picked it up, it looked nice and new. They arranged for the rental car company to come pick me up. I recommend this business and will use them again .

I brought in Wifey's Model 3 and had AAA insurance. The other party was at fault and Jung's auto body kept us in loop as well as AAA in approximating completion date. Initially Enterprise rent-A he picked us up and we got a very good luxury car rental and returned it back on Friday (at closing time) here at Jung's who scanned in rental car barcode and if that goes through (Enterprise will pickup Monday) this will be the most seamless experience in auto body shop drop off and pickup while getting/dropping off rental car in this regard.

Drove in for an estimate (not a Tesla) for a minor bumper repair. They were not able to give an estimate at the time, because their appraiser was not in the office yet. Someone else came out, he took my information down and took pictures all around my vehicle. He assured me that the appraiser will review the pictures and give me a call/email later the day. Guess what? A week had passed, and I still haven't received any communication from them. Was I still waiting for them? No. I went to another reputable body shop the very next day and got my car repaired. Unless I must use this shop (like a Tesla), I will always avoid this shop from now on due to unprofessionalism.

Jung's was the life saver after I was rejected for some body work with the front bumper at the Pomona Tesla Collision Center. I tried to schedule service fie my Model S when I discover half of the bumper was falling off after a trip to Trader Joe's. Even tho there was no accident, I'm thinking maybe the many many many times I scraped the bottom of the car against sidewalks, parking cement thingies and road bumps and what not. Tesla recommended Jung's for me. They were very friendly and helpful and did an amazing job. Now to the bad part, the bumper took one week to repair and it costed me over $3K and they don't offer Uber vouchers and repairs so I had to pay Uber out of pocket the whole week.

So fAr they have gone above expectations with trying to get my car in even sooner than expected even though they didn't have to. So glad I found a amazing place that seems to have great communication skills and will update this review as the process goes.

I took my Tesla in for a dent on my driver door. They did a wonderful job! The color matching is perfect ?. I highly recommend taking Teslas here as they are certified as a Tesla auto body shop.

Fantastic service. My insurance company set me up with them for repairs. Karen was extremely help and responsive. She went above and beyond helping me understand how insurance works and helped me look up quotes for a rental. Thomas was also very nice and helpful as well. Although parts took forever (not their fault), they kept me in the loop and always called back. Highly recommend!
