Just got off the phone with Monica who was able to help me out. Finally after different attempts via email, Instagram, and now a direct call- Monica was able to assist me happily. I bought a 15" cruiser for my 3 year old and needed the fork connector. She's able to ship it out to me and the warranty covered it. She was amazing and patient. More customer service like her. I feel helped today. The 5 stars are for her. Not for the email customer service people. Let me find out you ignore my emails Monica lol.

Advise don’t come here especially if the load is going to Canada Check-in 7:45 am They closed at 4:30 pm started loading at 4:00 pm finished by 4:35 pm Now it is 4:55 still waiting for paperwork went to the office to ask why they didn’t start loading was told to go back in the truck even not allowed to use the restroom.

Horrible place to do business customers service here is really bad took 4 hrs just for them to start loading and another 2 once they started will never come back again

Worst company to get pickup for canada load. We wait 2 days to get pickup after getting dock for 2 days and noone have answer for that. Irresponsible , no management , nocomitement.

Not a good place to work the manager make every body work 12 hours every day also he want to every body work Saturdays and Sundays y don't work like he want he fire you the manager is Saul he don't care if you are a good worker

so unprofessional they took 7 hours to load the trailer and even the office guys took more 1 hour to complete the paperwork hope to never see this place again
