“I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.”

Staff wasn't certain they could go further then 24 months, however after taking the time a sales associate and manager were able to locate the receipt. I honestly didn't even realize how long ago was the purchase. I appreciate their patience and customer service.”

They couldn't figure it out an told me to go to best buy ( figure that) cause they are not,,,, Technicians. An he couldn't help me with another issue. “Tried Verizon home internet to get the military discount which I applied for through ID me and then after my third month Verizon tells me I can only get the military discount if I have a Verizon phone line. Such false advertising by a big company. Disgusting! So I wouldn't miss any recording time. I went to the T-Mobile store to get my new 5G home internet router for T-Mobile home internet, so I didn't want to take it a chance on shipping because my Verizon expires on November 3rd. Brought the unit home. Got it set up and now I'm back on T-Mobile 5G home internet! Take that Verizon. You think you're going to keep me as a customer after you misrepresent the discount?! Besides T-Mobile is faster & more reliable!”
