Put it this way I work graveyard and got off @ 7:30 am. So I killed time until 9 am because I live 25 mins away from here and my work and the person was late opening the doors. No free pair of socks to go with my shoes I got with my work voucher. The person did apologize. When I go to work I arrive 15 mins in case of delays. It's that simple

Bad service! Bad attitude! Waiting over 30 mins for service, only 1 person working and 5 customers in store. When it was my turn i told sales person you have bad customer service long story short he told me if you don't like it you can leave. So I did! I'll never ever go back to that store!!!

I was on the hunt for Red wing boots (which I have no prior knowledge of) for my husband for Christmas. I had always seen this store as it is next to my work. I stopped in (not greeted) and found the middle aged latina sales woman. I asked if they had Red Wing boots. She said rudely "THATS LIKE ASKING IF MC DONALDS SELLS BURGER KING!!" I was taken aback by her rude response. I said ok I must have offended you with my question. She said we only sell blah blah blah here. I always send our drivers here who ask where they can get work boots but not any longer. Rude rude!!

Looking for steel toe sneaker type shoes about five years ago. Young lady was honest and very helpful and even gave me her discount. Very appreciative of that and still wear them. Going again for more shoes. That store has been there in Walnut since my high school days in 1979-1982 ?

Quite a decent shop to go for safety shoes you need. I hope they add more selections of local or “Made in USA” products we can support.
