They went out of their way to help me when we were going thru a tough time in San Dimas. But, their help & compassion were the salve on our painful weekend. They made our trip from Phoenix, AZ to Pasedena for Power Morphicon, we'll worth it! Great staff, Motel 6! The San Dimas location IS PHENOMINAL!!!

“It's an older complex, but still works okay. It has indoor and outdoor places for vendors, decent parking (but too much $15) buses that pick and drop you off, food and drinks, and bathrooms where they are needed, and the complex is near the freeway.”
“We stayed for 4 nights and we really liked this place. Rooms are spacious with a fridge and microwave. Beds are comfortable place is clean and prices were unbearable for the location plus you get free parking and wifi. Will come back”

“This is a relatively new hotel in Brea and hence, the room is large and clean, the hotel facilities likewise are very well designed and new. Location is great too as its walking distance to the Brea Mall and they have ample car park although it's not free ($10/day). They have a nice pool area and bbq area which doesn't seem to be used for now. Gym and laundry room ($3 per wash/dry) is good too as shown in pics. The only downside is that they don't provide complimentary water (even for Gold elite) or laundry pods. Small issue but in some Marriott Hotels, these are free. Overall no complains at all.”

“A comfortable place to rest after a long journey. And the staff are so friendly. Always kept clean.Nearby activities: There are several parks, a senior center, shopping, the Claremont Village, and Claremont Colleges and schools nearby. Most are within walking distance.Walkability: There are places to eat as well as entertainment within walking distance. There are also plenty of nice places to walk around here.Food & drinks: There are plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance or a short drive. This includes Trader Joe's, Sprouts, and Stater Bros for groceries. There are plenty of restaurants super close, including The Orchard right in the Doubletree.Noteworthy details: Parties can be held at the Doubletree inside in their various large rooms or outside in their lovely courtyard. There is also a pool.”

“I travel a lot and do my best to stay at unique and locally owned hotels. This place is quaint and cozy. A true modern version of an old school mom and pop motel. Rooms are nicely updated and clean. Beds are comfy. Sam and his staff are friendly and accommodating. The quality of the stay is well worth the price. The pictures do not do it justice. Wi-Fi is adequate.”
“Location is by the freeway but not loud, lots of asian restaurants around and grocery store. Very convenient!
Service was excellent. Breakfast was great. We stay Friday- Sunday, room was very clean. A+ for robes & slippers feels like 5star?? Sustainable hotel definitely toiletries was awesome, they have water fountain to refill your water bottle at the lobby.Microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle, also courtesy bottle water. How great is that premium room in affordable price. Definitely worth it our weekend stay and we will be back. Pool was clean and gym as well. Highly recommended!

“BW SAN Dimas feels like home! From the minute you walk in the door, it’s welcoming, the staff are beyond great, the whole facility is clean and well presented. The gardens around the pools are divine, the linen is of good quality, the options for breakfast are outstanding, a chef will prepare an omelette or eggs over easy etc, it is a real GEM.
Rooms: Comfortable beds, very nice linen and bath towels that are lush which also wrap around you. The rooms are big, with a seating area and they have a good size TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc
Nearby activities: Montana Line Dancing, Friday and Saturday nights is opposite the motel, so is the Boot Barn!
Walkability: Walking is safe and many shops are well within walking distance.
Food & drinks: San Dimas is a Mecca of little homegrown restaurants and if you prefer the food chains they are readily available. Walking to many of these is a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.”

“I had a great stay. Rooms were a bit little, but it was just the two of us, so I was not worried at all. Walk in showers are beautiful and spacious. Complimentary breakfast in the a.m. as well. “Rooms: we had a 2 bed suite and it was very quiet- tho it was in the middle of the hotel.
we were also able to bring our little frenchie with us, and we LOVED the pool!!!
Walkability: it’s just across the road from two big malls if you want to do some shopping or dining out.

“I’ve been here a couple times and I will definitely keep coming! The staff is so generous and welcoming. You get a complementary water bottle from the owner. Jay definitely knows how to run his business and is very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. The motel rooms were remodeled. It is very modern with grey walls and grey wood floors, better than any hotels I have been too like Holiday Inn or Days Inn. Exceptional. It felt like I was in a remodeled home bedroom. “It's moderately difficult to find a reasonably priced hotel with quality amenities. It is twice as difficult to find a reasonably priced hotel with quality amenities and an All-Star staff. I stayed at this location about five times now and each time I stay I am surprised with excellent customer service. Jennifer the manager is particularly the reason for this review. Not only does she cover all the bases of excellent customer service, she does so with a friendly and exuberant personality that makes you feel as though you are being paid special attention to as a guest, and ultimately setting the standard for the hospitality industry. Last minute bookings through Jennifer have been a life saver as much as they've been a pleasure. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area. Almost all of the rooms are freshly renovated with comfortable beds, spacious rooms and there is even a new and adequately equipped gym!”

“My family and I had our house tented. We originally booked at a different motel for may 23 to may 26. That place was disgusting!! I immediately booked 2 rooms with quality inn. I am soooo glad I did!! From check in. House keeping, to any staff member we ran into, always said hello, good morning etc. Our rooms were spotless. Thank God. The grounds were cleaned. There was always someone cleaning. I didn't experience the breakfast since I don't eat breakfast. But it smelled good.Thank you all for making our stay perfect.
