“This specific site is huge. Bigger than any other harbor freight store I have been too. I noticed they have more stuff than other stores I have frequented and they have much lbigger roomier isles. Love all the stuff they have. Their tools are just as good as anywhere else and so much cheaper. Cannot beat their disposable equipment like grinding wheels for the value. And they cover almost any tools you will need. This is my candy store.”

They were so nice they cut some hardboards for me, that I bought there, sizes 12 x 12 inches and 9 x 11 1/2 inches, and the cuts were done perfectly. Thank you so much! “This past weekend I came here to pick up a couple One-Step Folding Stool in grey or white color. I normally don't shop at Harbor Freight Tools (HFT) so I didn't know where tools and stuff are located. I was running late on time and didn't want to waste any more time walking through the aisles, hence, I asked the staff for assistance. The lady was nice to direct me to the correct aisle. I only saw the stool in black color. I went back to the lady and asked if she can locate the stores that have the grey or white stools. She was kind to do a look up for me. Thanks for the extra attention and care!HFT in Commerce had 5 grey ones in stock. HFT in Culver City and Pasadena both had 1 white one, but no grey ones. You know what that means... I'm heading to Commerce LOL. Before doing so, I called HFT Commerce and spoke with a staff member to reserve 2 grey stools for me. They were willing to do so. That is what customer service is all about. Thank you!HFT has so many tools and stuff. Too bad I'm not much of a handy woman (but I can be if I need to be or I just pay the professionals to get the task done LOL), otherwise, this place would be fun to hang out at on a Sunday afternoon LOL. “I hate going to hardware stores, so I was already dreading the task at hand. I had gotten an Ikea kitchen cabinet set with a plywood countertop that, of course, needed to be cut to a certain size. Should be easy right? I thought I'll take it to Home Depot, they have the tools and I give them the measurements and boom. However, Home Depot made a big stink about it, apparently they don't cut plywood countertops, and even asked to see my receipt for the 90" IKEA countertop, that I so painfully dragged around when I was leaving the building! Now I was in a predicament, stuck with this too large countertop and no means to cut it. I called around and landed at Ace hardware, who so confidently said they could do it. The struggle doesn't end there though, bc the man saw the size and wasn't confident about being able to do the long cut. I was so tired. The thing barely fit in my car, I didn't want to drive around with it any more. I was now calling cabinet makers, and almost hired a freaking kitchen contractor to do the 2 cuts I needed on a lousy piece of plywood. They said they'd take 1 week. For 2 cuts! Ridiculous! So at that point I decided it'll be janky but I'd do it myself. Then as I was talking to the man working there about what I was making, he told me he can do it but it'll be very rough, and I can use a marker to fill in any edges and cracks. I told him yes please anything will do at this point! So he brilliantly did it, even made the long cut which he had to be a bit creative with his tool to accomplish! It took 10 minutes and cost me 4 dollars. I am actually so happy with how it turned out, I don't know what cracks he was warning about, bc the edges look perfectly fine to me! Anyways long story short, this little local hardware store did what a big conglomerate hardware store who has all the resources and money failed to do. Screw Home Depot, go to Ace Hardware.”

“I love these guys. I am a General Contractor who lives in Northern California and came down to help my daughter swap a shower valve. We went to Home Depot and couldn’t find what we needed and none of the valves were sold as a complete set. It was a mess. We did a quick search for a plumbing supply place nearby and we are so fortunate to have found this place. Their customer service is something you don’t find every day. These guys know what they are talking about and have an incredible inventory for such a small location. Dago spent a generous amount of time with us, helping explain everything and making sure we had everything we needed. I didn’t have any of my tools with me, so they were able to solder cooper lines and install PEX tubing onto the valve so I could use shark bites to install the PEX lines when we got home. Thanks to their custom work, we were able to install the valve quickly and without issue. I would recommend them to everyone. Don’t waste your time at the big box stores, these guys have what you need and are an incredible resource to help you with your project.”
