Just discovered this store close to my house as I’m newer to golf .. came in looking for some used wedges unfortunately they were sold out of what I was looking for! Every employee was so kind no one pressured me to buy something else. Huge selection of new and used clubs! Will def come back again and look into getting fitted for a new driver! Awesome people and amazing store!

I got derived (Sep10th) wrong item I ordered zx4 mk2 #4iron with G shaft but came with zx4 mk2 #7iron with S shaft I'm trying to return it but they are under reviewing. It has been two day for reviewing. Hopley reviewing done soon. (Sep 13th) Finally I got the return ticket. I got the #4 iron with G shaft (Sep 17th) With KBS MAX 65 instead Mamiya recoil dart 65 --%$#@&-- same R flex. I wish it fit on me.

I had a fantastic experience with online and offline services! I was able to find exactly what I wanted on their website, and the online ordering process was smooth and easy. Rick was incredibly helpful in guiding me through my options and helping me choose the right equipment. The best part was that I could pick up my order directly from their store, which made the whole process convenient and efficient. Golfio has a massive selection of clubs and gear that’s overseen by an extremely helpful, friendly staff. Also, a huge shoutout to Andrew over there for being ever so patient and insightful when I was trying out numerous drivers/hybrids. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for golf gear!

Online store not even worthy of 1 star. Ordered a 4 hybrid, showed in stock ships next business day. Wait 2 weeks, no tracking info. Call golfio, talk to guy named Rick. He informs me that I most definitely read the in the stock part wrong, the club that I ordered had to be built custom at manufacturer. He told me several times while he was looking up whether or not the club was in stock, that I read it wrong! The club was definitely listed as out of stock. Then he says "oh sorry, it does say we have it in stock." "We'll change that listing." Wanted to cancel order, he told me that the manufacturer can't ship to the PO I listed. Gave him a physical address and after 4 phone calls found out the package was actually on its way. Can't cancel, can't change the address, can't ship to a PO.
Customer service was a ZERO star and online gets a ZERO as well.
Spend your money else where! Golfio is an absolute joke!!!

I've been to Golfio many times, to check out gear, buy stuff that I need in my bag, and last night I went for a similar reason. I wanted to pick up a 4 hybrid, check out a 2 hybrid and 7 wood. A sales associate (Keith) came over to talk to me, and I asked him if they had any other 7 woods available to try out. He took the clubs from me and told me to meet him in the testing/demo area.
I'm making small talk and ask him how far he would hit a 7 wood in relation to his 7 iron, and Keith responds with "For me, 180 yards, for you? 150." I'm not saying that I'm the greatest golfer in the world, I'm just a hobbyist and someone that treats it as exercise, but I work with a coach, and we have stuff that we're working on in my swing.
Keith continues to insist that my swing is "wrong", and insists that I start flicking my wrist. I don't know where he feels justified to judge my swing based on a few practice swings, not being warmed up, and me wearing sandals, because my original intent was to pick up a 4 hybrid and get the feel for a few other clubs, not to be disrespected, and given bad advice by Keith.
I'm not leaving a review to bash the store, as the other employees have been nothing but helpful everytime I've been there, but this interaction alone has been one of the most discourteous experiences I've ever had as a consumer.
This review is solely for the sales associate Keith at this store, and to inform management of this interaction.

I have purchased multiple items from this store online. It's always been quick and easy. I've really come for the customization options which is done better here than a lot of other places. I have worked with customer support a few times, and they are fantastic. They once checked with me because it seemed that there might have been an issue with my order. That's the main reason I'll keep coming back!

I can’t say enough great things about this store. I brought my driver to swap into a new shaft, however, there was a minor problem to the work that I noticed at the course and had to bring it back a week later. Unfortunately, the shaft broke at the adapter part a week later. After addressing the problem, the repair shop (Beto), staff, and the manager were all apologetic and ensured they'd make things right. Jason (fitter) got me into a new Ventus TR blue shaft and Martin ensured the work was done properly and professionally.
All the sales staff and the repair shop are passionate, professional, and knowledgeable.
The store has great selection of clubs, clothing, accessories. Club hitting bays are awesome and the prices and discounts are unbeatable and great!
I would rather shop at this store than going to the Roger Dunn thats 10-15 mins from where I live.
