Horrible business. Bought my 10 gold wash coupon book just to be told in May they no longer accept them. Then was sent by an employee to go to San Juan Capistrano to get a refund. Made the 2 hr trek just to be told they have no idea what was going on. I want a refund on my passes!

The phone number isn't even updated, they don't give you refunds after they didn't do a good job, plus they said they close at 4pm but on here still says 5pm. After "few weeks" we're going under new changes? Don't bother going here if you think your getting bang for your buck

WARNING: AVOID MAKING ANY PURCHASES WITH THIS COMPANY!!!During the Christmas season of 2022, I purchased a couple of sets with what seemed like a fantastic deal. The coupons accompanying the purchase boldly claimed they never expired. However, today, on 12/15/2023, when attempting to redeem the coupons, I was informed by the cashier that they were no longer accepting them due to a change in ownership. Shockingly, the new management decided to discontinue honoring the previously guaranteed coupons.This situation is not only frustrating but also feels like a complete joke and, more importantly, a scam. There was no communication regarding the ownership change, leaving consumers like me to bear the brunt of this unexpected loss.To make matters worse, when seeking resolution, the cashier suggested contacting the old owner for a refund. Unfortunately, the provided phone number on the coupon proved futile as no one answered despite repeated attempts—four calls yielded the same result.This entire experience raises serious concerns and strongly indicates deceptive practices. Consumers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company, as it appears to be operating in a manner that is both unprofessional and unethical.

Don't recommend using this place if you want your car detailed. Paid $180 for detail and hand wax. Picked up car and it looked like it was just a normal run car through machine and wipe down. At pick up, Had to have them clean areas that were missed and car felt like just had the spray wax, not hand wax. After leaving found more areas they neglected. No good.Waste of money...

This carwash is the absolute worst. You absolutely cannot withhold someone's car keys because you're trying to upcharge them from the price listed on your website to a new price the owner made up on the spot. That's false advertisement AND literal theft. The cops should have been called and you would have had to return the keys immediately. $10 is not equivalent to the value of a car. I will be reporting you to the BBB. You can't hold a car for $10 ransom. BEWARE OF THIS CARWASH!!!

I check the website for Fairway Garden Hand Car wash to see how much the cost was for Headlight Restoration and on the site it showed $50.00. I get to the car wash and ask what was the price for the headlight restoration and he tells me $60, and I told him the price on the Fairway Garden Car wash website was $50, I didn't access to website so, I had someone from home come to the location and I pulled up the website and showed him the $50.00 price and he smiled and said ok. I took a screen shot on my phone, see attached photo. The friend with the website access let and I went to pay and the guy that I showed the $50 price on the website was talking to the cashier "proclaimed supposedly owner" ask for for $60 and I advised the website shows $50 and I showed him my screen shot and he refused to accept the screen shot and wanted me to pull up the website on my phone and show him, advised could only show him screen shot and ask if he could check their website and he refused, stating I have to show him on my phone if I wanted that discount, which is was not listed as a discounted price. I said really you can't just verify on your website and he said no. So, I got upset and did start using some profanities and so did he. I show him the price on their website, but now he is not going to give me the price because I used profanities. I paid the $50 but he refused to give me keys until I gave the additional $10, I went out side to cool off, returned and paid the $10 to get my keys, because it was starting to get out of control. Unbelievable, didn't think I was asking that much for him to verify on the computer 12 inches away from him. I mean, if you don't want to do your job, just go home.

No idea why the owner is in car wash business. People are lazy, quality is below par, not organized, no use to complaint...just have to wait. 1.5-2.0 hours for the car wash and yet not cleaned. Over priced in considering the quality and the service delivered. Don't waste your money, don't come to this place for car wash.
