“Overall pretty good. They had to fix some stuff for my phone. Overall great work. My only complaint is that I had to take it to them 2 times for 2 separate repairs and both times they didn't do a very good job at gluing the plastic back on the back of the phone. I should also mention that the plastic is cracked, but still. I know when I gave it to them the back had already been glued down all the way. Both times they gave it to me with pieces of it still lifting. It's like an extra minute worth of gluing that would have gotten the 5 stars.”

He was able to get my classic Super Ms. Pacman game up and running again while saving me the unnecessary burden of being taken advantage as an unknowing customer. “I got my printer fix here recently at this small local mom and pop shop. Found out what was the problem with my printer and got a decent price on the cost to fix it. I was told my printer would be ready by the end of the day. I got a pretty good deal for toner and ink cartridges as well. Service was great and efficient!The owner is was very nice and funny guy. I would highly recommend if anyone has a problem with their printer or copy machine. This place save me a lot time and money. Definitely, coming back and ordering more toner/ink supplies for my office.”

“I have an IBM Wheelwriter 1500 from the 80's that needed help. The carriage wasn't working and the keys were sticking, among other things. It was dirty and gummed up. David Deng did an AMAZING job restoring the thing! I couldn't be happier with the results. It's been cleaned thoroughly and is now in pristine condition. So smooth. The carriage is operating perfectly...along with everything else. I never write reviews but this guy is a TREASURE. He knows everything there is to know and I'm sure that there aren't many guys like him left. He gave me a VERY fair quote and sent photos and video of the issues and his progress as he worked on the machine. He completed the work quickly and couldn't be a nicer guy. “ook my laptop in yesterday (2/29). I had a problem with the AC jack, a part had fallen out of it years ago and I was finally attempting to revive it. I brought it in, and right away the owner could see what the problem was. I got a text later that day saying that it would be available the next day (3/1). I texted back in the early afternoon confirming if it was ready and it was!
Obviously, whether your laptop is ready the next day depends on what you need to fix it and whether or not they have the part for it. If I have any future laptop or computer issues, The Laptop Experts will be the first place I go. A very good first impression!”
