BEWARE. SCAMMERS!!!
Will promise you an estimate yet, will purposefully be “too busy” to do it making you leave your car there for longer so they can charge you daily fees.
This is a nasty business tactic, they DO NOT care about their customers.
Go somewhere else!!!!

I brought my cars to this place twice. The first time was the model 3 to get my bumper fixed due to a rear-end collision. It took them about 35 days to complete the repairs, half of which because my adjustor did not respond in time. However, DHCC failed to follow up with me on the repair status, and I found out when I called them. I let it slide, as I believe it was the adjustor from the insurance was the root cause. I brought my model Y for a major door ding estimate the second time. I got the vehicle in on Tuesday (12/12) and followed up with the rep (Kaeden Hirata) on Thursday & Friday (12/14 & 12/15), and he has yet to respond/reply to my phone/texts. I called back to speak with the manager (Jesse), but one rep refused to transfer to the manager; he stated the manager was in the meeting (the same excuse given to me previously). As of today, no call/follow-up. I'm going to take my business elsewhere. BEWARE and EXPECT no communication if you want to bring your vehicle here for service/repair.

I waited for my parts over 2 month which I found out myself(no update whatsoever) and once I got there to drop off my car, One of the worker yelled at me because I couldn't understand his english and gave me attitude. I will never recommend this piece of shit shop. I just wanna let the worker know that this is how you get fuckin shot in LA.

I'm giving this poor review because of the estimator Andy Lee. My tesla model 3 was at DHCC for 3 weeks. During those 3 weeks, I never met Andy Lee once! He was unavailable. I called, left voice messages, emailed once ....... not a single returned call! Extremely unprofessional. Instead I was helped by an assistant who would have to check with Andy and then get back to me. I would not use DHCC again.

Unparalleled attention to detail.After my Tesla Model Y suffered scratches on its rear bumper and right quarter panel just two months post-delivery, I delved deep into reviews and sought multiple estimates. Admittedly, my skepticism about repainting nearly drove me to sell the car.However, Kirk at DHCC picked up on my anxieties during my visit for an estimate. He graciously gave me a tour of their facility, brimming with Teslas, assuaging my fears by explaining their process and showcasing their expertise.The outcome Simply ASTONISHING.While factory-made rear bumpers typically show a color mismatch due to their material composition, I was certain DHCC would outperform Tesla - and they did. My main concern was the right quarter panel, but the meticulous work they did left me in awe. Regardless of the angle or lighting, I couldn't spot any difference.Highly recommend DHCC for their unmatched precision and care.

The reason I gave them two stars because they failed to do qualify inspection before they delivered my Tesla model 3 back to me. I dropped my Tesla to have the body repaired on 7/21/2023. In August 12th, they called me and said my car was ready for pick up. I got to the shop and noticed the front bumper sensors (2 sensors) were not seated correctly in the brackets. They told me not to pick up my ca16 today and come back in later day. On 8/16, my family came to get the car and later that day I found out the rubber molding of my car was not put back correctly. It got very frustrating to keep coming back. They need to do quality inspection before releasing vehicle back to the customer.Service: Painting

On August 23 at around 1:45 I called this shop to inquire about possible repairs with my insurance adjustor. When I mentioned that I wanted to also contact another shop the lady taking the call went ballistic over me wanting to shop around. I was yelled at, told that she was too busy to deal with this. She said, "call the other shop and when you make a decision call me but I am too busy," and hung up on. It was ridiculous and the adjustor was also shocked. I am sorry that she decided to go into business but can be upset by the idea that people are not just going to throw money at her shop simply because she is open for business. It was childish and unprofessional, but I was still willing to see about bringing my car in if it was the best fit.After checking the other shop and deciding to go back to Diamond Hills we told the lady that we were the previous call. She became so hostile when she heard it was us again (it was kind of funny, but unprofessional), that at this point I did not trust dropping my car off there. I understand this place has received great reviews but she lost it both times we were on the phone, and she was the only one doing the talking except for standard questions from the adjustor. Apparently she was really busy so it may have just been a bad day...but she was looking for a fight and she wanted to keep my car there and then take my money...and hung up on again...not a good look.

I had specifically asked the front desk if they accept Unionpay debit card prior to drop off. Everyone assured me they do. They even had a Unionpay logo by the door along visa, master, amex. After many weeks of repairing, it turns out they can not accept Unionpay after numerous tries. All my money was in this account, that is why I asked to confirm if they accept Unionpay. They tell every customer they accept Unionpay and when it doesn't work, they only ask for a different credit card. They hoax customers into thinking they accept a card when they don't just to get the business in. Even the receptionist and the owner, Hai Cai played me around like a yoyo. The car was in the shop for about 2 months for a bumper change. Because of the owner's conniving attitude, I will never refer anyone to their shop.

Andy Lee and his level of customer care was great! He kept me updated with timely phone calls and texts. I am thoroughly impressed with the repair on the car & friendliness of the team at Diamond. They even touched up the scratches on the hubcaps. They repaired my car @April-May this year. I'm late with the review but I have not forgotten their performance. I highly recommend them.
