From the very moment I made contact with CQUENCE Brakes, I could tell they really want to solve our brake issue. Houston is very knowledgeable on braking systems and reached out to me with diagrams and photos to ensure that I had everything possible to understand my issue. Houston customer service was excellent!!!!!
He was able to call the Audi dealership to match the exact description of the parts needed for my vehicle based upon my vin number.
Houston was extremely professional and always kept great communication.

Purchased parts to rebuild the rear drum brakes and shipped my front disc brake calipers to be rebuilt for my 1974 Amc Javelin AMX. Incredibly professional and incredibly quick. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs to get anything brake related. Customer service is fantastic, and they will help you get what you need so you do not have to make multiple orders. I will order from them again

Cquence brakes are the best brakes and rotors i have ever owned. have drilled and slotted rotors on 09 Escalade EXT use for hauling my toys around. now buying my second set of replacement pads and rotors are still good and true. first pads lasted 2 years and much to my surprise the rear pads had worn same as front pads which has never happened to any of my previous vehicles. can certainly feel the difference the cooler rotors make for stopping. highly recommend these brakes and their customer service is outstanding. suggest you call them and discuss your needs as they will help you get exactly what you need. fantastic outfit and great product

After 1 moth the rotor warped. They refuse to refund the rotor as they stated they were used. Yes for 1 month and That is not my daily car so I probably had 10 miles on the. Horrible stay away from the.
Yes, Get It you provide a worthless product and that's why you won't refund. You would be out of business soon, Yes I get that! Pretty scummy of a company, but I can see that from a business point of view.

I bought these for my 2015 Ford SHO, my only regret is not getting them sooner. I just put my first 100 miles on them today. boy, compared to the 9 year old, 73K mile, OEM's I took off its night and day difference. The pictures don't do them justice, maybe I'll post better pics after I put the Rears on and dress the tires. They were shipped in two boxes, I assumed one box was Front and one was Rear, after opening one from each box I was thinking they didn't ship the Fronts correctly. I immediately contact CQUENCE thinking they shipped incorrectly. I got an immediate response back from Houston with the same professionalism as when I called and he advised before ordering. He explained the two box's and told me to double check. Sure enough it was my mistake. I am a completely happy and satisfied customer. Thank you Houston and team. When rotor needs come up in future I will be a repeat customer. Thanks again.

The rotors looked nice coming out of the package , a hint of rust but I thought nothing of it. They were installed and rode fine. But when they got wet they turned rusty looking quickly. Even after driving to get the rust off , the drilled portion remained filled with rust making them look horrible. Even when washing as soon as water touches them they turn rusty looking. Who wants that ? With black rims and red calipers this is a bad look. Had I known rust would be a problem on a expensive set of rotors I would have went with stainless steel and not high carbon.

I bought the blade style front rotors for my vehicle to upgrade over factory rotors and have been pleasantly surprised, break period in was as instructed, and they feel better than I expected with bite and in everyday driving this being my daily, comfort and noise hasn't been a problem either.

I can’t begin to express how much I would not recommend purchasing any products through this company. I bought front and back rotors for my vehicle through this company and I had no problem up until I had the front rotors professionally installed and inspected. After driving with my new rotors after they were installed by a mechanic I had noticed a shaking in my steering wheel which my mechanic attributed to a warped rotor after further inspection, baring in mind this was not an issue until after installation of the rotors sent by this company. I contacted them with proof of my mechanic receipts showing it was a fault with the item they had sent me. After giving me a hard time going back and forth for a week the best they could do was make me pay an additional charge of 65$ to have them reshipped to me. I paid the fee and had them shipped, I was hoping that was the end of my trouble with this company but I was wrong. I opened the rotors that I had paid for AGAIN and was shocked to see scratches and rust on my rotors that I had just purchased, after contacting them again they said the best they could was have me send the product back and have them ship them AGAIN for the 3rd time. At this point after spending 700$ on mechanic fees and rotors I simply had enough, they allowed me to drive with warped rotors which is a concern to my health and safety and costed me over 400$ in mechanic fees and the best they could do was put me through more hardship. Truly disgusting business practices at this company and they don’t value returning or loyal customers. I will attach images of the rotors they sent me for my reshipment.
