Restroom is always out of order, customer service is horrible and rude by the older gentleman in the evenings. Carwash is out of order several times a month. Convenient plaza to shop but for gas it's a waste of time. Thanks but no thanks

Got there at 10:50 pm and was told by Alex, a new Hispanic male attendant with a cast on the left arm that the car wash is closed. I told him I have been coming here for a while and as long as we are in line before 11 pm we can still get the car wash. He proceed to cone off the entrance while there were cars in line that got there before 11 pm. He said this is a new policy and he is just following instructions. The car wash was also broken a few days ago. Don't subscribe to the monthly service. Save yourself from the bad service and unreliable car wash machine. Take your business elsewhere.

Carwash closes at 11pm and opens as early as 6am.I have a membership here and the quality of the wash has gone down for some reason (doesn't fully remove spots and doesn't fully remove dirt)I just remember it being better a year ago. It's still good though! I recommend getting the membership to take advantage of the unlimited carwashes.Lines can be long so either go early morning or late before closing. TIP: Each carwash is approximately 6 minutes until the line moves one car (assuming it's the deluxe wash)

AWESOME GAS STATION!GREAT MANAGEMENT!Came her to get a carwash, I wanted to try their monthly membership, but I wanted to buy a carwash first to try it out and the lady at the register gave me a code to try it for free! And instructions on how to install the app and sign up were given as well.This must have been a popular place because the line was a bit long but the manager was handing out cold bottled water to all the cars waiting in the line! Car was was really good too! I'm going to get the monthly membership now these guys know how to do business. 10/10.

BUYER BEWARE - no gas at this gas station: stopped by here the last three times and each time, gas pumps not working. Go to another nearby gas station (there's one on Amar in Walnut) and everything works well. Gas pumps won't read credit cards and then lock them in and won't return them. Press the "Help" button and nothing happens. First time around, okay, problems happen. Second time around, made me late for work, but okay still want to support local business. Third time around, game over, can't keep going to a gas station that doesn't provide gas. At least there are other local gas stations.

The rudest cashier！June 28th,, 2022. I went there for a car wash, and the machine didn’t work after my car entered the washing area. And my friend went to inside tell him about it. and he didn’t understand the language, then he came and directly hit my window very, very hard, and I was re adjusting my car to re-enter the wash area, I told him do not hit my window like that , he said “fu-ck u!” What is wrong with him?????I was like ????????!!???? ? You hit my window and then talk like that to me??? Of course, I gave the word back to him. I feel sorry about his behavior , he must be in pain of something or just simply has anger issues,and I don’t understand why he was so mad, I read the review found out many people have point him out about this. I think he needs to do Yoga to practice his mind. Apparently, he needs a lot to do

They have fixed the monthly membership issue! Amazing work from these guys! Went and grabbed one of their new Monterey Jack chicken rollers, nice and fresh and delicious.

Don't bother spending your time and money trying to get a car wash at this station. I tried multiple times this morning to get a wash and left after 40 minutes without a clean vehicle. The person behind the counter Brian said the wash breaks down every 50 customers. He was rude and insulting me calling me a beggar when I asked for a courtesy car wash. This is after I had paid then refunded but had tried multiple ways of paying but because I was the 50th customer he didn't want to do anything to fix the problem. I now have called the corporate office left and called the station owner to complain, leaving messages, closed on weekends. Obviously they don't want your business since it is a known problem and it isn't fixed. Unfortunately the workers don't have the customer service skills or options to deal with the problem.
