Desiree Diaz went "Above and Beyond" with outstanding service on my visit today to Chase Bank in Walnut! I arrived and sat in the lobby, then Miss Diaz came out of the clerk's office to ask if I needed assistance. I advised her of me needs and she immediately showed me to her station and provided me with exceptional customer service! I couldn't be more happier with my visit today at the Chase Bank in Walnut. Miss Desiree Diaz was very professional, kind, and gracious. I'm a very grateful customer!

Branch teller refused to process a direct 401k rollover check and pushed me to a banker. Banker gave me false information saying they can't help with self directed accounts including funding the account; said I have to deal with it myself since it's "self directed". I confirmed with JP Morgan security immediately, direct rollover check can only be processed at the branch level. Honestly don't understand where this is coming from, i was polite, seeking for help yet both teller and banker showed irritation and unwillingness to make a simple deposit. Maybe Chase doesn't want our business.

Worse customer service I’ve ever gotten from chase all they do is talk amongst them for 15 minutes and ignore walk ins if you don’t have an appointment they will make you wait and even if they have free time they will not take you in supervisor didn’t help either all she stated was “her staff” was booked all day she didn’t even offer to help , I went online and saw that they had a lot of appointments available while we were waiting. Never coming back to this location I will be complaining to corporate. Walk ins happen and they should address this issue accordingly.horrible 0 stars

We were helped by an Asian teller (maybe Filipino?) who gave us a very hard time when we had several transactions and it took forever that we decided to not continue on with the rest. I'm not being racist as I am Asian myself. I just think that she makes everything harder. I can visit this branch again but will definitely avoid being helped by her. It doesn't seem like she knows what she was doing that she had to call her supervisor several times. This kind of service does not leave a good impression on your customers

I got a prime VISA card through Amazon and Chase. I haven't been able to go online to check my balance. When I called Chase for help, I had to suffer through numerous questions from a phone ROBOT. Finally, after about 10 minutes, I was was able to talk to a person. After about 15 minutes I wasn't able to get any real help or give that person enough proof of who I was. I called Amazon and didn't get much help there either, although the Amazon person seemed smarter and made a better effort to help me. The Amazon person was supposed to call me back, but didn't. I'm planning to cancel my Prime, VISA, Chase bank credit card, forgo the supposed benefits, and go back to my old way of paying, through my credit union. By the way, everyone should be using their credit union (or get one) because they are non-profit, with much fewer expenses.

Martin was the worst employee. Needed to get something notarized, saw him walk to the back, had an employee tell me he was in a mtg and to make an appointment for the next day, watched him come out the back and make small talk with employees for 15 mins. Approached him and asked for his help, he said to make an appointment because he needed to leave. For the amount of time he spent saying he couldn’t help, he could of just take care of the notary instead of making excuses and asking for an appointment the next day. I left work from Irivine and sat in traffic for 1.5 hours to try to get there in time to meet my wife but he could care less. Worst branch, go to Diamond bar instead.
