This place used to be my go to, it has certainly gone down hill. They say they open at 8 am, I show up a 8:30, I'm the only car there. I walk up to the cashier to pay, the lady is on her phone texting, she looks up at me and said we are not ready yet, another 10 minutes, I asked don't you open at 8? She's yes not read and it will take 45 minutes to finish your car. I turned and left. She was obviously discouraging me to leave with the attitude.

I cannot give a three star review, because I wasn't present to watch 2 hour cleaning of my small sedan (Honda Fit). Honestly, I picked up 4 hours later, when I realized Auto Spa did not call me, though they had a sign in sheet with request to call. Considering the $55 spent for maximum cleaning, I am not entirely satisfied. I found a lot of spots not entire vacuumed in the trunk and rear passenger seat. In addition, the side of car had some spots not throughly rubbed. I have cleaned my own car for 2 hours and can tell if areas need touch up or not. For ultimate cleaning, I expected cleanliness to be 100% complete, not 85% completely. I don't plan on coming back, since quality does not match with cost spent.

I like how they do their work here but the time on the website is wrong I came at 1130 and it says it closes at 5pm really disappointed that they said they couldn’t do it because they close at 3.

This used to be our favorite car wash place until the owner decided to raise the prices by 50%! The super wash which included the exterior and interior was $27. Now it's freakin $40. WTH?? I get that inflation made prices higher but price gouging your customers is not the way to go. Maria the manager and front service desk is still here (hence a star for that alone bc her customer service is always on point) but you can tell that business has gone downhill. There used to be cars lined up but not anymore. The owner of this place needs to reevaluate his business choices.

I was in desperate need of a car wash and wax. I called their office at 8:30am on a Saturday to check how long the wait was. Luckily they said it was not too busy today and I would be able to get taken care of right away. There was about 3 cars ahead of me when I arrived. I decided to do the Express Hand Wax service. That includes wash, wax, vacuum, and interior wipe down. I left my car and phone number with Maria, who is so sweet and was a pleasure to speak to. This location is next to to a plaza with lots of good food/drink options (Starbucks, Aroma Craft Coffee, Ten Ren, Waba Grill, Del Taco, etc). It was easy to kill time at this plaza while I waited for my car to get cleaned. If you don't want to take the short walk to the plaza, there's also a shaded waiting area with tables and chairs next to the car wash. About 1 hour later, Maria called me to let me know that my car was ready for pick up. I was at Starbucks so it was about a 3-5 minute walk back. They handed me my keys and I was on my way. My car looked soooo clean and shiny on the outside. The inside was vacuumed super well and everything was wiped down pretty decently. I do think they could have done a slightly better job about getting in the smaller nooks and crannies. Like they did not clean the side door pockets, and there was still a little dirt in some corners of of the cup holders. But overall, I think it was worth the price. Oh, and they did forget to put one of my floor carpets back . But they were very very apologetic when I went back to get it! Again, Maria is so sweet and kind!

I've been coming to this auto spa for years and have had all my cars taken care by Maria and her team. They have never let me down and have always been attentive to detail when they clean. They've earned their respect throughout the years and I have recommended this place to many of my friends and colleagues. Great job and kudos to Maria and her team at Car Code Auto Spa!

Worst car detailed service. Care more about exterior wax than inside detailing doesn't even look like 300 worth service. Find somewhere betterServices: Auto interior vacuuming

Drove almost 30 minutes to come and have my car washed only to be told it would be a two hour wait because their one washer had gone to lunch. If there is going to be a time where everyone takes a break at the same time and no business can be conducted it should be listed on your company hours. Very unfortunate and a complete waste of time. You're better off going to the orange hand wash don't waste your gas.

I've reviewed this business under a different name years ago, and their service has remained the same! The women working are always so sweet and kind, and the service they provide is very thorough and inexpensive for oversized vehicles. This place is a gem and so are the employees. Be sure to set some extra time aside, as this wash can get busy.

I won’t go to this place anymore. It was a terrible experience when you had waited for 20 mins at the reception but unable to get help(nobody there). I actually went into the workshop to find somebody. I don’t need a five stars service because I know how busy they are, but I didn’t expect to get yelled at for asking for a car wash service.

RIDICULOUS PRICES!!!! Used to come here all the time, when it was reasonably priced and the previous owner managed it. This place is absolutely crazy trying to charge $60-$70 for a small SUV!!!!! Save your time and money and go somewhere else

Quick service for an affordable price. My car has not been washed or vacuumed in a long time. Maria and her team did a great job at cleaning the exterior and interior. Will definitely be back again!

You can go right when they open and the wait time is at least three hours. Bring back the old owners or hire enough people to where it is reasonable to actually get your car washed. Or is this a cover business for something else?
