“Stephen and Joseph saved my bacon! I was having problems with my old 12v battery and brought it in for a check. Stephen pointed out that 10 years was overdue for a battery change and he was right. I brought it in the next day and, when I tried to disconnect the connector around the negative terminal, the terminal post snapped off. Joseph helped me out with a spray acid corrosion foam spray that helped me get the connector off. Then he tracked down the right battery for me and ordered it in. I picked up the replacement battery today, and after a bit of installation, my car was back to humming along like it used to! Many thanks, Stephen and Joseph!”

“O'Reilly is great. I really just go in for wipers, my car doesn't need much other than oil, and I don't change that myself anymore. But they're friendly and once they even put my wipers on for me, in the rain. Location is convenient. Prices are high compared to online but not outrageous and it's nice to have a brick-and-mortar place nearby.”

“I had recently got a rental car earlier in the day and once it started getting dark I noticed the headlights weren't working (it was late, rental was closed and I still needed to use the car). When I popped the hood I realized the headlight bulbs were completely missing! Fernando's customer service was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me figure out the correct bulbs for my rental. Since it was a newer car it was coming up as HID bulbs on the computer but after he looked under the hood he was able to confirm they were regular 9005 bulbs. He helped me pop them in real quick and I was on my way!”
