What can I say, about this place? Well, for starters ASI Corp is stepping stone. Use them as much as you'll be used. Let me tell you too, you'll be used. Their turn over rate is exceptionally high. They use temp agencies as well. You'll see a lot of new faces in a very short period of time. The quality of business senses, seemed utterly lost. They do promote from within but it is slanted with racial inequalities. Family oriented Asian company, with old school eastern work ethics. Logistically speaking, they are very flawed too. No real comprehensive training regiment or requirements for their employees. The LA branch specifically suffers from a cycle of transition. They present the illusion of leadership, when challenged with a culture change. They will resist, even when it comes down to the bare essentials of consistent training.

Top notch computer parts distributor. Will call counter staff are fast and courteous. Security is tight with a guard checking you in on arrival.
