I really wanted to support Airsoft GI but I've faced numerous issues when dealing with them and wanted to share my story. I originally bought some BBs from them amongst other things after visiting the store. I choose the option to pick up in store later because they didn't have the order items in stock in the store. Due to schedule constraints I could not pick them up after I got the notification so I had my wife go pick them up a few months later. The store was closed during opening hours and there was a sign on the window saying to come pick up at another location. This wasn't communicated in e-mails, their website, or anywhere else I'm aware of. While my wife is reading the notice multiple guys get in line behind her and ask her if she works there. So I assume the info wasn't readily available for them either.
Later my wife drives to the address on the store window and it's not open. I just want my bag of Bbs I've paid for. Every time we call the phone no one picks up.

Over a week and hasn't shipped. Have emailed and called. Never got a response on either. Terrible customer service. USE EVIKE!!!!

I have attempted to visit the store several times during business hours and it's always closed. Why post it's open if it's always closed. Waste of time. I'll stick to evike at least I get customer service there.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Starting with the fact that you can't get anyone to pick up. Took time to go to the Walnut location, only to find a locked door during business hours and a note stating they had moved to Santa Fe Springs. The website is not updated with the new location. Product selection appears to be good. Unfortunately, very poorly ran customer service and support. Take a look at Yelp. Reviews are locked. Not a good sign. Proceed with caution before you purchase. Good luck.

They said an item was in stock when it wasnt. Now they're not replying to emails about it (emailed customer service multiple times). It's been a week, do y'all not check your email?
UPDATE: Still no reply, will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company tomorrow.

Super hard to contact customer service in order to get information on online order. Two weeks of no contact for two Buckings and a hopup nub. I would have better luck buying the same items from overseas.
Update: Got my package shortly after this review with the incorrect items. I ordered two hopup rubbers and one hop up nub. Got three rubbers instead. First and last time ordering

I used to be a loyal customer, but over the last decade, business practice has slowly decayed, and the owner does not seem to have any motivation to upkeep the business. This all started ever since the website downgrade, making it extremely difficult to navigate. Now, nobody answers the phone or emails. And now they moved their pickup location very far away into LA. I only shopped in walnut to avoid most of LA traffic. I mean, if they want to move business there, I will just shop at evike.

Do not order anything from this company! Spent 426.00 on a gun that wasn't looked at or inspected as promised, battery wire was severed on arrival.....shotty assembly. Called company over 50 times, no answer....still waiting for a call back per the chat assistant just want to return it and get my money back . They are making it as hard as possible for me , this was my son's graduation gift.....thanks for making it so memorable for him

Noobie friendly, good place to get your first gun. The workers do some modifications for your gun as well! There is also an indoor shooting range for practice or if u wanna adjust your sights

My brother and I decided to get back into airsoft, so we both decided on purchasing the 2024 premium mystery box & the mayo, gang airsoft, pistol mystery box (120 boxes only). Needless to say these “mystery boxes” are a total rip off my brother and I both received the bare minimum items out of 4(!!!) mystery boxes. Something tells me these are rigged. Do yourself a favor, airsoft GI is not the same community we purchased from back in 2011. Now, they are extremely slow to ship and if you buy a “mystery box” expect the bare minimum. Out of 4 (!!!) boxes we got bare minimum. Also, they shipped some items I purchased in a Tokyo marui real gas blow back m4a1 box, my guess to get us excited about our mystery boxes. However, we were sadly disappointed. Needless to say I will never be purchasing another mystery box, much less 4 of them, from airsoft GI again. This was a complete disgrace. I’m at a loss for words. Please do better & if someone buys 4 mystery boxes maybe throw a higher value item in the mix since they seem to be rigged.
