Just wanted to give a shoutout to the front desk team members who are always friendly and provide good customer service. Also a special mention to their manager, Omar. I had an issue with a piece of equipment that was not in usable condition — and he promptly addressed it so that I can complete my workout. As a former athlete who still trains vigorously, I workout at many SoCal 24 locations and I have to say this one is *very* well run. Staff can consistently be seen cleaning the gym floor area and are also regularly visible in the locker rooms. I’ve read some of the complaints here and I find some expectations to be unrealistic. This 24 is well maintained compared to MANY. My only complaints are (which is hard for the staff to control) gym members not re-racking their weights properly and leaving a mess everywhere for staff to clean (this is everywhere!) Also, the TRX suspension ropes always get messed up bc members intentionally damage them to do pull ups on the metal bars (which is not what that equipment is designed for). Other than that this is an awesome 24 (clean, friendly staff who are visible and accessible, variety of well maintained machines and cardio equipment, clean locker room, pool and sauna/steam room).

i applied a 3 days free pass online on 7/24 because i wannted to try 24hr fitness out. i came to the gym at 8pm and a sales sit me in front of his computer and start to talk about all the deals. after i got all the deal information i said i need to think about it. i just wanna try it out to see if i like it or not first. then this sales keep on asking me why i am not signning up today and 3 days free pass is useless. i said i need to see wheather i like it or not and i am thinking about other gym too. i have to find whichever gym that fits me. then this sales keep on asking me why why why. he just wont give me the 3 day free pass to try it out. if it is useless why does 24hr fitness offer it? i said i am still deciding if i need a gym member or not. then he said if i dont need gym why i even wanna try. this sales is really pushing in a rude way. i dont know why 24hr train their sales like that which is really annoying and disgusting. So i just walked away. and when i walked away the sales said he can get me the pass which is more stupid. i end it up just left. i tried la fitness 7day free pass and their sale is a lot more professional then 24hr fitness. i will never go back to 24hr fitness.

Oh my goodness gracious goodie gumdrops Martin is litterally so cool and great, I love how active he is in the community, one of the most consistent with his greetings, and so nice!! He always l knows the deals of the day and let's just say he knows his way around a dumbell and I ain't talking dumb bells like a big old church bell I mean the dude is BUILT like if Sam sulek trained gigachad using cbums pre-workout. I wasn't even told to write this review it's just spewing out of me out of pure admiration of Martin, he's my friend, my family, my greeting, and my front desk employee. Thank you Martin the crowd all says in unison. Why do we say it? Why does the morning sparrow make it's nest on the highest cliff? Because that's how the cookie flipping crumbles baby! Martin is quite literally the greatest inspiration I've ever had at the gym. He really did make me wanna keep coming back and I couldn't wait to go back to the gym the next day. Truly is a inspiration to be associated with him. We should all be more like Martin in this society. Watching eachothers backs and helping others when they need it the most.

This gym is a really great gym. This guy martin really helped me out a lot. I'm new to the gym and I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but he made me feel so at home. He even offered me a water bottle because he could tell I was nervous making an account and starting my subscription here. Then after I was at the counter, he heard my stomach rumble. So he offered me his famous protein bars Marvin style, with a smile on his face and gleam on his eye. I said thank you wistfully and not into it "SUGOY" I said, brother Marvin patted my head and said oi oi oi baka. Marvin is there for your every need and want. Please go to the gym for Marvin.

the front staff said the basketball court close at 10pm the reason only for some one fight on the court at night time ? U think that’s a good excuse for close the court ? Who fight just kick them out the gym not close the court we pay for it it’s not should be trade like that hope someone see the review and fix it

Was in the pool area at Walnut 24 hours fittness some guy wearing underwear I made a complaint they didn't do nothing And when people make a complaint about me I get in trouble they do something about it that's not okay it's not fair and they said oh what you want me to do they should make restrictions not wearing underwear and around the pool area or being strict in that rule not acceptable

The steam room and showers have mold all over in the cracks of the tile. I like west covina 24 it's a lot better. Even thos it's smaller.
I felt drinking my own cleaning materials and pressure washer to clean if for them just to make club members happier

Don’t come to this gym. The basketball court and the back rooms are closed because the manger has control issues?? smh . Unlock the damn doors!!
