It took too long for me to get assistance. The store wasn’t full nor busy. We waited nearly 20 minutes and had pressed the help button 3 times. No one came so we left.

I was at this pharmacy today checking for Covid’s stand-by vaccine’s opportunity since I am not still eligible to make a ask appointment. I am a front line essentials worker, have high risk health problem and have been devastated with pandemic like everyone else since last March.There were other CVS stores where I and my husband have waited hours and hours in line to get a chance being vaccinated as stand-by with extra vaccines for last three weeks however every time we got disappointed and sent back home .But today at this location we met Ernest Simeon and Ryan who are such a caring , honest and kind individuals who were helping everyone regardless. Ernest, Simeon and Ryan were helping people with care and kindness without consideration of favoritism we have experienced on other location .Thanks guys for such an honest

I went in to this location to get a couple things today and everyone was pretty great EXCEPT for one cashier. I did not get his name but he was young, wore glasses and had a teal shirt on. Anyways, I was coming up to the counter and only 2 steps away. A lady and possibly her daughter were rushing up to the counter from the opposite way but further back than I was. When I initially began walking up to this cashier's counter there was absolutely no one in line or upfront. I think the lady may have thought I was walking past the counter which I could understand since there was no clear indication of where a line was starting. Cashier shouts at me "Oh the other lady was in line first!" This really upset me because it was like I was invisible or something standing there. The nice lady offered for me to go ahead and I told her it was alright, so I waited. The cashier calls for another gentleman to help ring, Rogelio, who was really great and even offered to help with my heavy case of water. I really did not like the way that the cashier didn't even acknowledge that I was already to the left of him. It was rude the way he handled the brief interaction which may have been why he didn't want to ring me up. Where was the customer service training for that young man !?!
