Nice ladies working there who didn't do anything wrong (I blame corporate policy for this) but for the love of god give me some space to shop! I went in looking for candles but I felt very uncomfortable being approached by various salespeople at every turn and left quickly. There is such a thing as too much "help"

I love the store's assortment, you can always find deals, on this occasion there were special hand and bar soaps for $2.95, 6x3 body care, all delicious aromas.

Excellent selection. The only problem I had was the item I wanted was out of stock. I was going to mail order it, but the shipping cost was three times the cost of the item. No thanks I'm good.

Overpriced I think. Next door is Ross DDs & Marshalls. I'd rather go there & get good quality hand soaps, lotions & body wash from Italy. So I guess if you like BBW then, yes go to the big sales or clearance days. Staff was also very friendly.

Great customer service!!! Staff was excellent and very helpful. I came on the day of a sale and with the amount of customers they had they still had time to help me and show me the candles they had. Special shout out to Zayra for helping me and my dad select some great items. Made really good recommendations. She had some great taste. Will definitely be coming back to this B&BW!!!
