To Tierra Hairston… Our family has been waiting almost two years so out time frames are the same. We have been waiting for a male chocolate and was told first two litters were all girls. The last one was chocolate and black we said we would take a black if no chocolates and once again we were told no puppy for us. I asked if they were All females again we would take a female and was told all spoken for. About 5 years ago we got a pup from her with no problems. I dont know if you were waiting for a yellow, black or chocolate but am very curious being we were told litters were all female and you were told all males. If any one has been waiting anytome between 02/2020 and now, please let me know as iam considering suing if she has been lying and commiting fraud.

I found this breeder a couple years ago and we put a deposit down on a male chocolate lab. The first litter that we where supposed to choose from did not happen. “Due to the female losing all her puppies “ so we had to wait 7 months to get a pup. When the time came and she called us we where so happy. I spoke with Patti about when we can come and pick out our pup and she told us he was the only one out of the litter that the female had. Strange to me but ok. We eventually received the puppy and took him home. He’s a very smart dog but even at a very early age he was very aggressive. We ended up getting him neutered and he was still aggressive. Trying to make a long story short, my 12 year old daughter let him out of his kennel the other day to let him outside and he attacked her. I’m an avid hunter that has always trained my dogs and I’ve never had a dog do that. With all the issues with previous female pregnancies I’m really wondering about the bloodlines with this breeder, or if it was because the female 8 and the male 11 years of age had anything to do with it. especially reading other reviews. Be aware

We recently got a beautiful black lab from Patti joe. This is our second lab, our first was a chocolate. We water for almost nine months to get our new girl, but worth the wait. Patti worked with us from the time we sent our deposit until she called noting she had a blast k puppy but would be another couple of months to see if a chocolate female would be born. Patti is professional, a great breeder, good value and believe me j checked around. She has been in business for a long time. Very pleased with our new addition. Thank you Patti jo!

Great experience from start to finish. I love my "baby", Soon to be three. I can see her line of heritage in her, everyday. Smart, loving, and healthy. Highly recommend this breeder.

There is a slight scam I personally see in this. I made a adoption just too months ago about a lab puppies. I requested if it could be a girl puppy. However. When the litter came out in October, it was a boy. I am not mad but I have two girls and they always wanted a girl puppy. The boy puppy I got is a black labrador. He is healthy and is name is silus. I am giving this review a solid 2.

My parents adopted their Lab, Beau, 8 years ago. Litter DOB 4/4/2012. They were told by the breeder that their dogs don’t get hip dysplasia. They were so sure of themselves they even said they no longer test their dogs for it because it’s always negative. At just 5 years old Beau was diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia. My parents consulted with UC Davis who told them the only sure treatment would be a total hip replacement. My parents decided not to move forward with the procedure because they did not want to put him through the pain. He has dealt with many degenerative issues. My father recently passed away so I have been more involved with Beau’s medical treatments. Just last week we took him to the vet for vomiting. Upon x-ray to look for an intestinal blockage, they found that his spine is severely fused. In fact, the vet said it is the worst he has ever seen. He instructed us to keep Beau away from the stairs to prohibit any further pain or damage. My Mom has a two-story house so Beau is no longer able to sleep in her room at night and we have had to put a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs to keep him downstairs. He can no longer play ball, one of his favorite activities, and even running around with the grandkids is too much for his body.I do have to say that Beau has the best temperament. He is wonderful with the grandkids and every human he meets. He has brought so much joy to our family. He is well worth the enormous vet bills. We just wish he wasn’t in pain due to his degenerative issues. His quality of life is not what it should be. My point of this review is not to bash the breeder, although I do think they we dishonest. I just want anyone who purchases from this breeder to ask questions and ask for proof where possible. I personally do not believe in buying from breeders, however, a lot of people do so they “know what they’re getting”. My rescue dog had fewer issues than Beau and we have reason to believe that there may have been inbreeding in his lineage. This breeder did not deliver what they promised. Please do your due diligence before purchasing your labrador from Diamond P Labradors.

Our family has paid this breeder $850 as a mandatory down payment to receive a girl pup within the first 2 litters. After sending off the deposit, the check was quickly cashed and Pat became less responsive. We were eventually told that the dog had 2 litters of all boys (and after reading some of these reviews I’m believing that to be complete BS) and that we will now have to wait until 2021 to receive our puppy. This was meant to be a Christmas gift which is why we sent the deposit in June. At that point, there was no discussion about the the deposit being non-refundable. It wasn’t until after Pat received the money that she sent a “new puppy” packet mentioning that the deposit would not be returned. When we asked for a refund after discovering we would not be receiving a female pup within the time agreed, that’s when we were notified about the non-refundable clause in the puppy packet. This was sent after the deposit had been received and processed. This woman is a scam artist and I believe the positive reviews here were fabricated by her friends and family. Do not send this breeder any money!

I sent this woman over $850 for the promise of a Christmas puppy for my daughters in June. She cashed the check when she got it, then sent me a “new puppy packet” which said inside that my deposit was non refundable (no mention of this before I sent her a check). She said I was next up for a female in the two litters she was expecting in October only to be told that she had two litters of nothing but boys...being a doctor I can tell you that’s some funky genetics if it’s at all true. Not only did she take away my kids Christmas puppy but she refuses to return my money. DONT GET TAKEN like I did.
