“Today, I went in and Elizabeth was great! They weren't very busy and she went above and beyond to help me. Her manager, Andrea, even offered me my post b'day discount since I did not get any notification in my inbox. They were both so amazing, I ended up buying a pair of sandal and ordered a turtleneck shirt off the internet with even better discount when you order in store. It's a hit and miss at Madewell in terms of service, but this evening, they were amazing and I really want to be sure Madewell knows this. Thank you!”

I like the natural fabric available at the Eileen Fisher store, they are comfortable and breathe easily. They have a variety of colors and styles from easy, slim, to relax fit. Excellent parking available in the Walnut Creek Broadway Plaza mall Center, refined shopping center, quality boutiques, department stores, and eateries. Great for the whole family!”

“I am not one to write reviews but from the moment I walked into this Travis Mathew location I felt like I was family. The employees that greeted me as I walked into the Broadway Plaza location were Jack and Mike. I believe Mike is the showroom manager of the location as he was directing and talking to the other employee's to help customers and was recommending items to the people shopping. Jack and Mike helped me select some items as I told them I was going on a golfing trip. I never felt like the two of them were pushing items on me but more of helping me select the best for me and look good. I ended up spending close to $500 and took advantage of an amazing promo they have going on up until memorial day. Highly recommend. I def will be going back again thank you Jack and Mike.”

“Its a store. It's nice to not be bothered by people, I guess that where I differ from the other reviews. If I need help I've just gone up to someone and when it's my turn they help me. Idk, I guess I don't need someone waiting on my every move. It's nice to just get what I need and get out without some fake customer focused courtesy.”
“Had a fantastic shopping experience here. Jasmine and the rest of the Aritzia team helped me find some great pieces to elevate my wardrobe for a new job. It was the most fun I've had shopping in a long time - made me remember why its actually more fun to go in person than to shop online! I love that this brand has stuff that ranges from casual to more formal but somehow it all kind of goes together. Even the shopping bags are cute. 10/10 retail experience :)”

“I’ve been shopping at this clothing chain for years and years, I say at least 30 years. They have them in quite a few locations. They have one Napa, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, and I do believe Moraga. They have a wide variety of clothes for men and women and children, this is fascinating for a small chain. They actually have a teenager department for girls and two sections of the women’s department, one for the very mature woman. They even have a shoe section with a very good variety. Also Jewelry and purses. I forgot to mention on the woman’s side, they have undergarments and sportswear.
It truly is amazing the variety of clothing and other things they have in these stores. And the prices are decent. Don’t miss out is my suggestion.”
