They have patient and helpful bank tellers. They take their time to explain things and suggest better ways especially with the older population that they cater to. They are friendly and they show that they care. They do their best to give the utmost customer service. It’s not crowded and plenty of parking spaces. It’s also conveniently connected to USPS and the shopping center has CVS, Starbucks, Safeway, John Muir, hair & nail salons, gas station, other banks, and plenty of restaurants. Rushan KP is the man. Please give this guy a raise or promotion. He goes above and beyond for his customers’ satisfaction.

I just had the nicest, most helpful, kindest, and most informative bank experience I've ever had. Although they couldn't directly help me, the teller and the manager were immensely helpful and informative. I explained I was working on an estate concern from a family member who had passed away. They both took a moment to offer condolences and sympathy before continuing to answer my questions. Wow, well done and thank you for your kindness during a difficult time for my family.

This is very special branch, by far my favorite Wells Fargo location, there is always so much parking and it’s very easy to get to. Staff is always very friendly and very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you might have. Wells Fargo very good when it comes to customer service. Every time I visit this branch, I receive call to ask how was my visit, small things like that makes you feel very appreciated.

Most laughably incompetent bank I have ever visited. Downtown is so much better, even if it's busier!

I came in today to take care of my monthly bill at around 5:15. I was greeted by a banker named Valentine. The first thing she said was I'd need to come back another day because they are closing. I needed to pay my rent so I said I'd take my chances and hope for the best. When I got to the tellers Merrily took ten minutes to pull up my account. I asked if the system was acting up. She was snappy and abrupt say no your account on the screen. I told her I needed to make a deposit in another Wells Fargo account. Unfortunately left my check book in my car. I ask if they could print a check since the store was closing or I'd quickly run to grab it. Merrily said that I couldn't go get my check book because the doors were locked. I then ask could she print them and wave the fee. She rolled her eyes and Valentine came over she said she'd open the door and let me run and get my checks but wouldn't wave the fee. I was shock at they way both of the tellers were talking to me. I ran to my car got my check book and thankfully was able to finish paying my rent but not without rude service. My teenage daughter was opening her first account at the same time and Aaron was so helpful and treated us with great customer service. Unfortunately his colleagues did not have the same customer service skills.

A family friend was contacted by Edmund Parcero (personal banker) about a possible fraudulent transaction. We immediately went to the bank and he was able to stop the transaction before it went through. He then helped our 92 year old friend open a new account so that there was no impact to her or her credit. Thank you Edmund for your proactiveness and patience!

This is one of the worst places to have a home mortgage. The bank sets its policies typical of most banks so that they can stiff you with fees at every opportunity! Probably the only bank in Northern California that is worse is Bank of America. Avoid having a home mortgage with either bank! Unfortunately, they buy mortgages from others, so you may start with some bank that is actually honest, but end up with Wells Fargo or Bank of America!

Dreadful, and I've been a WFB customer for many years. I live in the neighborhood, so this branch is slightly closer than the one in Alamo. Two years in a row, I have encountered middle-aged male "bankers" who have to approve something, who seem to feel it's OK to take out their hatred and frustration with the world on customers. (The women and young men here are always friendly). It may be due to the proximity of Rossmoor, and while some of the Rossmoor folks may tax one's patience, we're all going to end up at that age one day. I don't even live in Rossmoor, but some of these banker guys are nice to men but seem to feel they can be purposefully ugly to female customers -- why, because they think everybody's from Rossmoor and it's a safe, captive audience? I will never go here again. I'll spend the extra minutes going to Alamo, where the people are professional.

Everyone here is friendly, competent, and extremely helpful. They do have to have a lot of patience because they are located right next to Rossmoor. They are always quick when I come in and Ryan was super helpful with my husband and I when we decided to do a joint account!

Hmmm...where do I start (updated May, 2009) 1) Last year they sold my mom (she is 91) "overdraft protection" that cost $25/month. My mom hasn't bounced a check in 50 years. 2) They sold my Mom a CD at 5%, neglecting to tell her that, since she bought it for 6 months, that the interest would actually be a lot less. 3) When my Mom recently went there, she asked about her "savings account". She was told she didn't have a savings account, but that her checking account was making 2.33%. So I reviewed her last statement, and there it was: both checking and savings. 4) Someone at Wells Fargo sent my mom a solicitation for a 'pre-approved' business line of credit for $100,000. They called her a "successful entrepreneur." She has never started nor run a business, and hasn't worked in almost 30 years. When we asked at the branch, they didn't have any idea what to do about that. So we called the 800# on the solicitation. They referred us to a different number, where they said we should take it up with the branch-ey?! (we finally found someone on the latter 800# who agreed to take her name off the marketing list - like they were doing us a big favor!) 5) Maybe I'm spoiled, but I would expect that a bank as large as Wells Fargo would have more than one flavor of CD to buy. They have just one, at 5%, and if you want to do anything else with your money, you'd better go to a broker, I guess. 6) Addition to above on 8/12/07 - my son opened an account with Wells last year (he is in college). The bank automatically signed him up for 'points' and for some sort of credit protection to the tune of $29/yr + 86 cents a month. We called and told them that this was a complete rip-off, and that he didn't need it, so cancel it, which they did. So what comes in the mail yesterday - a past due bill for $29 + the 86 cents (for the second year now). So we call last week and they say they will cancel it. He gets a call today asking if he knows why the $29/month wasn't canceled, since it was supposed to have been. This sort of thing is really, really sad. 7) 11/6/07 - paid a Bank Of America visa bill through Wells Fargo bill pay, but the BofA payment address was wrong (BofA changed it between the September and October billings, and didn't tell anyboday, apparently). So BofA never got the check. Wells was helpful, but told me that I had to put a stop on the check, and re-issue another check to cover the payment. That would be OK if: a) Wells hadn't already debited my account for the payment, even though the check never arrived and b) they couldn't credit my account for 3-5 days, but would "debit my account for the new check amount within 24 hours." So if I owed BofA $1500, then I had to have $3000 in my checking account for 3-5 days to pay it. If that isn't a scam, then I don't know one when it hits me over the head. 8) 10/14/08...OK, I must be nuts to carry on a relationship with these guys. The only reason I do is that I love the on line banking piece. So I went into my local branch in July to open up a "Teen Checking" account for my 15 y/o. It seemed to go fine, and they didn't even insist on providing him with services he didn't need. So today I look at his account balance, and he has been hit with a $10 monthly service charge. That is offset by $0.14 in interest payments (on an $1800.00 balance). So I call to complain, and I'm told he is being hit with a service charge because he wasn't linked to our "Household PMA" account. What??? Why did I spend an hour in the branch opening up these accounts? Why do I have online access to his accounts if they aren't linked???? Crazy. If I hadn't noticed this, in a year he would have been minus $118.00 on a SAVINGS account!!!! To their credit, when I called, they fixed it quickly. 9) May, 2009: my mom gets a note in the mail tha
