Unknowledgeable and bad behavior manager and tellers. They don't help customer properly and they are really rude about it. Its fumy the manager support those terrible behavior and he told me to leave me the branch after he refuse to help me out

They really need to hire more tellers standing in line for longer than 20 minutes is ridiculous. Ended up going outside to the ATM machine and one of them was broken to make matters worse worse Wells Fargo I've ever been to. No one even greets you when you walk in or acknowledges you while you're in line.

Terrible service at this location, went here for a simple wire and I was sent to 3 different people. All of them saying the same thing (go and do the wire on your WF account). The Banker named Julie then came and said I need an appointment to see her, long story short avoid this location or WF in general if you can.

I've been a WF account holder since 2001. and I was never been treated so BAD by a supervisor from this branch (Christina or Christiana, she works with the behind the tellers). I have Business accounts/ Personal/ checking/ savings/ mortgage/ credit cards all WELL FARGO, and for many times, everytime I will DEPOSIT checks to my business accounts and the teller is getting an approval, the supervisor will give me a hard time like just to deposit my LEGIT business checks. When I got to other branches in Rossmoor, WC Ygnacio or Concord, its smooth and no problem. I was depositing $87k and she gave me hell and humiliation in front of other customers. I was in line for like 10 minutes and then boom, I was not able to DEPOSIT my checks. I understand if I'm withdrawing, then scrutinize me, thats fine. Its for security. But deposits? She did not assist me instead just finding ways to give me hell. I will not go back to this branch. TERRIBLE and HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE! Maybe one reason is because I'm Asian.

2 tellers and the line was out the door and there were tons of employees just walking around. It took 30 minutes to get through the line and it was twice as long when I left as when I got there. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. They only want to help you if you're there to take out a loan they can make money on. God forbid you have to do any transaction that can't be handled online or in an ATM because they do not care. Just another reason to ditch Wells Fargo and go with literally any other bank.

What’s the deal with some of these ppl that work at this bank . I was there this morning only 1 person in front of me no one else in line .So a employee asked the lady in front of me , how can I help you totally .ignore me . I didn’t mind it, ok no big deal . But when someone else comes in and is in line behind me .he asked them the same thing and doesn’t say anything to me . By that time I was waiting it bit longer do to only one teller.That’s not the first time this has happened.I’ve been banking here for 20 years there is a lot of nice ppl that work here .But if you going ask ppl in line how can you help them ask everyone not just pick and choose.

As someone who works in customer service, this was BY FAR the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my whole life. I walked in to break change for my job and the bank teller, CAROLYN, was rude beyond belief. She proceeded to huff and puff and portray her sour ways on to me and I will not tolerate that. She was rude, disrespectful, and gave side eye like you wouldn’t believe. I understand that we have bad days in this industry but putting your bad days on someone else is not okay especially in customer service. I hope she either retires, quits, or simply works behind the phone and does not have to deal with customers to their face as it was not pleasant nor welcoming.

This locations parking is private and as soon as you park to get to ATM they ticket you, another Scamming Business by Wells Fargo in WalnutCreek, don't go unless you have to poor service.

Every time I visit this particular branch, I always have good experience, staff is very friendly and very helpful. When you walk through the door you will be greeted by staff, and will answer any questions you might have. If there is something negative I can say , it would be lack of parking at times, if you’re visiting during the busy hrs, also at times it can be very busy and I feel like they need more tellers.
