They really need to hire more tellers standing in line for longer than 20 minutes is ridiculous. Ended up going outside to the ATM machine and one of them was broken to make matters worse worse Wells Fargo I've ever been to. No one even greets you when you walk in or acknowledges you while you're in line.

Terrible service at this location, went here for a simple wire and I was sent to 3 different people. All of them saying the same thing (go and do the wire on your WF account). The Banker named Julie then came and said I need an appointment to see her, long story short avoid this location or WF in general if you can.

2 tellers and the line was out the door and there were tons of employees just walking around. It took 30 minutes to get through the line and it was twice as long when I left as when I got there. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. They only want to help you if you're there to take out a loan they can make money on. God forbid you have to do any transaction that can't be handled online or in an ATM because they do not care. Just another reason to ditch Wells Fargo and go with literally any other bank.

This locations parking is private and as soon as you park to get to ATM they ticket you, another Scamming Business by Wells Fargo in WalnutCreek, don't go unless you have to poor service.

Every time i come to this bank there is a line with at least 10 people or more. Im never greeted at the door as well. There are a lot of employees walking around but only 2 registers open. I'am sitting in a line with 10 people plus as i wait to receive assistance. Please don't come here if you value your time.

Crappy strikes again.... 5 of us in line 4 tellers been here 35 mins and now 3 of the 4 tellers walk away.... If I had an option to go to another Wells Fargo I would this is the last one I ever want to be in! The people are rude and inconsiderate.
