Was looking everywhere for a reasonably priced vacuum that wouldn't continue to destroy my $2k wool rug and came across the Sebo Felix. It was still double what I wanted to pay and it seemed like everyone had it at the same price locally and across the internet. Called in to Walnut Creek Vacuum and they were able to offer me a coupon for an extra 15% off ($100), shipped it for free the next day, and even swapped out the brush head for the soft bristle head for no extra charge. Excellent service and highly recommend. Very friendly and not pushy at all. Highly recommend!

This is a superb vacuum retailer. I was in the market recently for a Sebo Canister and did an extensive internet search across the country looking for great pricing and service. Even though I am in Maryland and they are in California I was so impressed when communicating with them that i purchased the vacuum online from them. They gave me great pricing, superb feedback on everything I needed to know about the vac, free 2nd day shipping, and generally made the whole process effortless and pleasant. Even handled all the registration and warranty paperwork for me and emailed me the certificate. And Sebo recognizes them as one of their premier dealers, although I'm sure they do a great job with everything they sell. I received the vac already, it came promptly and very well packaged, and it is easily the best I've owned. So try this store out, you won't be disappointed.

The weekend after Thanksgiving, I got my much-planned Sebo E2 here. It was $100 off, and they put it together in the store for me. The person who helped me was very pleasant, we had a nice chat about vacuums and models, and I didn't feel pressured to buy something more expensive. He even put the vacuum in my car for me. There is a dog named Kirby, and my only regret is that I didn't get to pet him.

Excellent place to get your vacuum repaired/serviced. My Dyson vacuum hose shut off with no clogs or tears in the hose. Couldn’t figure out the problem. Took it to these guys. Fantastic customer service and they had it fixed within 2 days. Thanks again guys!

I was in the market for a new vacuum. I bought a shark from Target and quickly realized it's cheap plastic and will not last. I wanted a good product that would last. After research I found Sebo is what I wanted to go with. I had never been to a Vacuum store but the staff was friendly and helped me in the decision making of the proper model. They let me demo several machines. When I purchased they filled out the warranty card and offered to set up the machine and helped me load it in my vehicle. When I inquired about other accessories they even talked me out of some I considered and encouraged me to take time with the machine 1st to make sure I was getting exactly what I need. I've had my white Sebo E3 now for a month and love it. I'm so glad I invested in a quality product and supported a local business. It was nice to deal with a store that specializes in a product than buying something random from a big box store with no knowledge of the product.

I called yesterday afternoon because my Shark vacuum stopped working while I was using it...I had let the canister get too full. The man I spoke to immediately told me that Sharks are trash because they're made in China. He then proceeded to tell me that I need a vacuum made in America or Germany, starting at $450+I said ok, fine...and guess what?I waited overnight and tried my Shark vacuum again and it works fine!...Just sayin'

I had a terrible experience. I took my Rug doctor machine in for repair last year and it set there for a couple of months so I went and checked on it and the repairs never got done, that's my experience.

Ordered and paid for a Sebo canister vacuum thru their website after spending a couple hours trying to find an authorized Bay Area dealer that ships. Get a message the next day saying "due to unforeseen circumstances, your order has been canceled". No real explanation and extremely unprofessional business practice. Thanks for wasting my time, energy, and especially throwing my karma in my face for attempting to provide business to local mom & pop shops. I will just get the model I need from a bigbox store, and let Sebo know about my experience with this "dealer" if they are even still authorized. AVOID.

Amazing customer service! Our well booster pump went out on Friday night, which means NO WATER. I called around locally Saturday morning, and no one was open or would sell me parts on a non-work day. I called Walnut Creek Vacuum the next morning, and they had all the parts I was looking for. I drove an hour and a half to get those parts. The owner also told me I was going to need a few gaskets, and he set me up with a replacement kit. I appreciate him having the forethought to give me all I needed, especially since I drove so far. Highly recommended! I will be back! Thank you!

Don’t deal with these people. They on purpose declined to honor the Miele manufacturer warranty on a new but defective vacuum electrobrush. They said they would fix it for me. I refused and requested replacement since it came defective and I haven’t broke it. But they refused saying you bought in Amazon ask them to do it. We only fix items here, which is not true. Miele sent me there saying they would do the replacement work for Miele.Apparently they are bitter about me buying it in Amazon and not locally from them. They are competing unfairly and doing this on purpose so you have problems getting a replacement of a defective item through the manufacturer.They call themselves a service partner for Miele. You are not. Cheaters and ignorant people. Take your business elsewhere, luckily Amazon issued me a new replacement for the whole vacuum. It’s not Amazon’s fault that it takes business from of you, its yours. You fail to honor simple things to the customers that come to your shop and also threaten to call police to make them leave and show your high boss attitude. Keep going! Cant wait you going out of the business soon.

I went there with a hard-to-fit floor wand that needed a replacement floor broom part. These guys were able to find the replacement floor broom easily and fixed an issue that was taking me months to figure out. The price was extremely low too. It was a very satisfying visit. The dog is very cute too!

Today I am thinking of this great shop. Kind of the two year anniversary of our great purchase at Walnut Crrek Vacuum. We had saved up to buy what had been recommended to us as "the best" vacuum cleaner - the Miele -- after a few vaccum cleaners did not clean very well, were really heavy, and not that cheap. So we searched online and around and went to a few places and then went here to ask about the "Miele". We even told the man, I think he was the owner, we probably would not buy that day as we were researching (and still saving up!). He took so much time with us. He went over all the different models of the Miele, and other brands, and went over advantages versus costs, etc. We left feeling much more knowledgeable and we did not feel dissed because we did buy that day. So, having got our saved up budget for the "Miele" we went in --- 2 years ago !!!! --- actually just my husband went back -- and came home with the Miele. WOW --- can not tell you how happy we have been and are with this great purchase. Shortly after we got it home that December -- the following March the pandemic lockdown started -- one of our friend's husband had to start home kidney dialysis - and they asked us (even though the pandemic had us all in lockdown (March 2020) if we would help them clean so they could pass inspection for the home kidney dialysis inspection people would "pass" their home. -- Well, it was quite a job, but the Miele really really came through for this all day job. (And, they passed cleanliness re the home inspection). We had bought the top model (Brilliant, I think, not sure) where the switches are on the handle as well as on the bottom piece. So glad we bought that one. --- Truly if you are looking for a vacuum cleaner and want to feel really great about your purchase -- come to this business. Every time we drive buy this place we always feel good and good about the employees and how they treated us. And, the top-of-the-line Miele is well worth - well worth the money. Recommend highly the Walnut Creek Vacuum Shop and the Miele. Thank you!
