I have been a customer of Walnut Creek Smog since 2014 when I purchased my Hyundai Tucson. I have always been able to book an appointment in advance. The employees are always pleasant and get the job done in a short amount of time. Being a customer for a period of time I have always gotten a discount which is great! Keep up the good work!

It is absolutely no surprise that I had an experience similar to many others on this page. What I found to be exceptional about this experience was working with Andy and his team. I brought my Honda in for smog repairs. The shop was clear on the costs, the cost was very reasonable, they got back to me soon after taking my car in, they gave me options of what to do next. They were clear, honest, and easy to work with. I'm planning on selling my car and my other car is electric so I won't have to take it in and I'm surprised to be a little bummed about not having a reason to come back here. It speaks volumes to the level of skill and professionalism this shop delivers. Andy's just a great human as well. If you talk to him you'll feel it immediately. I really wish the best for them. This was a great find and experience through and through.
