Had an appointment for an oil change this morning at 9:30am. When I dropped off my truck I was asked if I was in a rush. I told them I needed my truck back by 2pm.
I came back at 2pm and my truck is parked exactly where I left it. Clearly no work was done. I asked and was told they were behind. I stated that they asked me when I needed my car back and it was past that time now. I was told they wouldn’t be able to get to it and if I wanted my keys back. No one apologized or offered to reschedule my appointment. I have previously had very good experiences here, but how they handled not getting my oil change done when they had my truck for 5 hours and not trying to reschedule is poor form.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've owned my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee for 12+ years and keep it well-maintained. Until last week, I had been using another local dealership for all of my needs. Following several horrible experiences at the "other" dealership, a friend recommended #walnutcreekjeep for service. I couldn't be happier, even though they are 25 miles away from my local dealer!
Recently, I had an oil leak that the "other" dealership missed during a recent service. I called Walnut Creek CJDR and spoke with Charles Logan in the Service Dept. He was professional, accommodating and scheduled my appointment to accommodate my scheduke, as I needed my Cherokee a few more days before taking it in for inspection.
A few days later, I arrived at Walnut Creek CJDR and was met my a tech who directed me to Charles Logan in the Service Dept office. Charles discussed the leak with me and said he'd call me in a few hours, following the inspection, and would see to it that the issue was repaired. Charles took my vehicle in with charging a $279 fee that the "other" place charged. I was pleasantly surprised when he called the same afternoon and identified the leak as a warranty item. Parts were ordered and installed, and in less than 4 days total, I was back on the road with all repairs completed!
The entire staff in Walnut Creek was professional, engaging, and represented the Jeep brand well.
I previous experiences at the "other" dealership, a majority of the staff appeared disinterested in their customers, were less than professional, and it frequently took weeks to have a warranty item inspected and repaired. This left me frustrated and left me searching to possibly buy a vehicle from another manufacturer. - I was tired of the constant run around and excuse after excuse from the "other" dealership!
Charles and the entire Walnut Creek Jeep dealership have renewed my faith in the Jeep brand. From this point forward, although inconvenient, I will drive the extra 40 minutes for Walnut Creek's level of professionalism, service, and timeliness. I'm eyeing a Wrangler "Rubicon Unlimited," and if I buy it, there's no question that it will come from #WalnutcreekCJDR - all because of Charles Logan and his Service Dept team!
If you're in the SF East Bay, I can't recommend Walnut Creek CJDR enough! Make the drive, you won't be sorry :)

Bought a slightly used Grand Cherokee from Victor here. He’s a real Jeep guy, and knew the car inside out. That’s a really comforting experience, I’m a Jeep guy too and he was way more knowledgeable than me! Go see him if you’re in the market for a Jeep.

My vehicle was stolen. Took to this dealership. 2 months without my car due their delays. My stuff stolen from my vehicle. Bad customer service I’ve ever had. They sat on my vehicle for three weeks doing nothing. Even my claims adjust has flagged this dealership to not get insurance claim work done there. They don’t communicate well it was a bad stressful experience I’ve ever had. NEVER going back or recommend to anyone.

Outstanding customer service at this Jeep dealership! I called them panicked and they were able to squeeze me in the next day and take care of a recall that I urgently needed fixed in order to register my car. Not only did they fix the recall, they had me in and out in about 3 hours when I was previously told that it would take all day. The staff were also very friendly and provided snacks and were just overall very helpful. I live in Oakland but I’m definitely making my way to this location for all of my future car needs.

If I can provide a 10 out of 10 stars for the customer service I WOULD!
Huge shout out to my service reps Christian and Fiasal. I went in to have my 1500 Ram looked at as there were some LED issues inside of the truck. Although they typically haven't serviced any Blackwidows, they both were willing to assist me and find a solution on what the next steps are. Also, when checking me in they mentioned there is a recall on the radio and that they will get that taken care of asap.
They kept me informed at all times, continuously followed up with the third party dealer, and made sure it was a seamless process for me as the consumer.
True professionals at its best. I'll be making this location my permanent one for all service needs for both my mopar vehicles.

Over 6 hours for an oil change/tire rotation with an appointment. Also, it cost over $300. Customer service is great.
