Their service department is just awesome. I brought our Jeep in for a mystery issue with the center console, as well as general maintenance and their service advisor Faisal, was just wonderful - he actually listened to what the issues was, talked us through what it could be, estimated it, and promised to keep us apprised as to what they found (and he did). Not only did he and the great crew down there figure it out, they've got solutions on their was. Speciously, deeply appreciated top notch service. We'll definitely be back.

I finally received my truck back after approx. 76 days without. I updated to reflect the level of service I received from the dealership. Going thru this process I realized that Dodge corporate is the main issue. Once Ernie Campora "took" over my case I received nothing but the best customer service experience ever. He communicated regularly with me, whether it was good news or bad, keeping me up to date. I was able to build up a level of trust with him. I knew he had my best interests at heart and they and he were doing everything in their power to get my truck back. A top notch experience. I would not hesitate to bring my Dodge vehicle , should I ever own one again, to them for any kind of service and repair.

Had issues with my '16 dodge challenger with electrical issues where my right HID headlights went blank. Thinking it was just a burnt bulb I procrastinated until my car wouldn't start at all. Had the battery replaced and oddly my right headlight turned on. Unfortunately, 3 days later, the right headlights went out again and so I assumed there was other issues. Looked up the internet and forums and realized a lot of owners had complained about electrical issues and so I went in for a diagnostic. I suspected a faulty (TPM?) or somethin called a parasitic drain, both of which were the popular complaints. Anyways, made an appointment, (I was impressed with the customer service), and was greeted pretty quick upon arrival. Left the car for the day and came back around closing time (they had found the issue and discussed the problems which ended up being faulty wiring that had melted the circuits, which I was told was not covered by the warranty [I had brought this car brand new]), and this next part really gave me confidence with this dealership. (I'm wary of mechanics due to past issues). About a month ago I had seen some liquid underneath my car that looked pretty fresh, but as a student with tons of work, I had disregarded the matter since my temperature gauge never changed. During Thanksgiving my pops had reminded me of the leak as he saw me drive off. Again, I had completely forgotten about it. So my (agent?) Christian, had pointed out to me that the housing for my (air cooler?) had a leak which needed to be addressed as the pressure was still ok - but of course was a cause for concern. So other than the discussed $300 (ish) diagnostic, plus the replacement of 2 fuses, the total came out to $350(ish). They quoted me about $1000 for the housing replacement as well as the cabin filter and another filter. They did not point out anything else that might have been suspicious to me, so as far as I know, these folks here earned my trust in their integrity. The only reason I gave a 4/5 star would be no fault on their part, it's more of the fact the car had issues that I think should not have occurred for a vehicle with less than 72k miles as I have not driven it hard. Hope this helps! Ask for Christian, he was professional and informative and just provided a great experience.

Sold me a piece of crap. I've had my Jeep less than 2 years and it's been in for service over 45 days- two oil leaks (one was in for 25 days), 2 coolant leaks, two transmission. The latest transmission leak resulted in a complete transmission replacement. They said it would take 3-4 days. It's the 6th day and I still don't have it back. Best part is, they won't give you a lender or rental!! Every time I come in, every service attendant knows me and looks away. Even the sales guy who sold me the Jeep tries to avoid me! No one should be without their car for this long after owning a new car for less than two years! And if so, they should be giving you a rental or loaner!! Only good and responsive service attendant I've had is my latest...Faisal. He clearly sees my frustration, has some empathy and has tried to communicate with me with updates even though he never has good news.

I come here to get my car serviced. While it is not the fastest they are professional and detail oriented. When my O2 sensor went out in my Jeep, they got me a rental car to use. I live in Dublin, but I'm always willing to drive to Walnut Creek because this service center is significantly better.

Can't say enough great things about Faisal and Robert in the Service Department! After a nail lodged in our tire and our wheel lock key ran off, we made an appointment to remove our wheel locks and replace all four with a new set (and new master key) before patching the tire. We were helped immediately upon arrival by Faisal, a friendly and efficient team member. He patiently explained the process, made my toddler laugh, and quickly connected with Robert to order a new set. Robert asked me to hang tight, as the new set wasn't in stock, then made a phone call to track down our part. 45 minutes later, I was driving off of the lot with new wheel locks and a solid tire. Such an easy and pleasant experience. I love kind humans!

They could not get my truck to pass smog and it's dealer maintained. All original truck. The impression I get from them is (just buy a new one) why waist your time with repair. The smog control on this truck has been an absolute nightmare from day one. Check engine light came on at 50 mile off the showroom floor. 13 oxygen sensor the first year. Dodge or Ram, whatever they called the week. They sell vehicles that can't pass smog, just like Volkswagen did. Dealer can't fix it and other shops say they can't fix it. Going back to Toyota, i sold my last tundra with 300k miles and it still ran great. Oh and it past smog with the 300k mile on it.

These guys wasted a lot of my time and money. I worked out a deal with my salesman over the phone and even had him send me a pdf quote. After driving 4 hours to get here and another hour sitting and signing papers, they decided to change the price on me last second. They say they calculated my tax wrong and expected me to pay a significantly higher price, despite the fact I gave them all my info correctly, and I had been given a quote by him just hours before with a lower bottom line. Be cautious dealing with these people.

Sorry for the late review from 2022. I live in Dublin so Stoneridge Dodge is my local dealership in Pleasanton (6 miles away). I had enough of their horrible service department, so I decided to try Walnut Creek Dodge (17 miles away). Wow what a difference. I dropped my Ram truck off the night before and received a 7:15 voicemail message from Charles. I called back at 7:45 and Charles actually answered the phone. He asked me detailed information about the problem and said they'd get started diagnosing the truck. Received a call back around noon with a detailed rundown of the problem, the needed fixes and price. Charles also asked me if I had a time, I needed the truck ready by. I told him I just needed a ride and would wait if needed. Charles made sure my truck was ready in time for the shuttle driver to pick me up before he went home. Now their shuttle only goes to San Ramon but I told Charles I would walk to San Ramon to get picked up and they did come and get me in San Ramon (thanks Starbucks). Everything was fixed, the price was reasonable, the communication was superb, the staff was friendly at pickup and they even washed my truck. Walnut Creek Dodge clearly understands the keys to great customer service such as actually answering the phone or returning messages in less than 30 minutes, clear communication (intake, updates, when ready, asking about a customers' needs), respecting a customers' time and showing that the customer bringing their business to the business is appreciated. Despite being almost 3 times the distance from my home, Walnut Creek Dodge has earned me as a new customer. 2023 and I have continued using Walnut Creek Dodge and continue to receive exceptional service (something I thought I would never receive from, or say about, a dealer's service department.)

So of course we took our pacifica chrysler again here because this time we had transmission problem and the guy name Faisal helped us to bring the van in right next day first thing in the morning and he helped us to put the van in service for the diagnosis and another guy name Christian explain to us how they will find out the problem and the procedure goes and etc. so I was worried about what kind of problem my van might have.. they said it might take overnight so they helped me booking the rental car.. after about 4 to 5 hours later, he called me and said it was the software update problem so nothing wrong with the transmission so it's all resolved and updated and I was so relieved to hear that. He made it everything so clear and explained well and gave me the best service and help. Now I feel so safe to drive my van again ! Faisal and Christian both gave me the best experience and this is why I always take my car to this shop because they have the best service that I can find in town ! Thank you so much again ! You never disappoint me !

We had to bring in our Jeep for repairs and everyone was helpful . After some diagnosing we found out it was the Engine . News was alarming and repairs were supposed to be extremely expensive, about $17,000 to replace . Charles Logan was amazing he went above and beyond for us .Thanks to charles we got our Jeep repaired for a fraction of the cost. He also communicated with us the whole time throughout the whole process. Thanks so Much to the whole team! I would definitely recommend Walnut Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge to everyone they are very reliable.

This is the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back. Christian handled the check in and kept me informed throughout. The two shuttle drivers were ON TIME! and took shortcuts as necessary due to traffic on 680. One was Angel, but I've forgotten the other, sorry. At the end of the day, I drove home content, and with the advice that the aging battery had caused the malfunctioning sensor lights. Christian explained what to watch for if the battering was approaching failure. Two days later I was back, having decided I'd rather just get a new battery put in now instead of having it go out at a much less opportune time. My particular battery was on back order, but within an hour and a half they had one driven down from Napa, in the car, ready to go for a test drive. That led to the discovery that the battery sensor was also bad and needed to be replaced. They had that, no more trips from another dealer. All told, I was there and gone in 2.5 hours. Amazing considering the hoops they jumped through to make it happen. Here's the best part. Because of the time and my return visit battery debacle, even though not their fault, I got a fairly fabulous deal. Thank you, Christian! Everyone is unfailingly pleasant and efficient. Christian was on top of everything as it happened, and that meant I was too. Always a smile. Kudos to WC Jeep Chrysler etc. for hiring such good people to represent them.

Just taken my Jeep Grand Cherokee to the Dealer for the second time for repairs. Jose, was great to work with. He explained the problems the mechanic found on my Jeep. Both exhaust manifolds and leaking and both motor mounts worn. Jose got the warranty work approved and work completed in a few days. They did an excellent job fixing my Jeep and even gave my car a fresh wash. Thanks for the great service. Charles B.

I tried to give this establishment a second chance but their customer service is unacceptable. I booked a simple oil change on their website but there is no way to determine how much the service will cost, on the website, even after it's booked. So, I emailed the service manager (Claudia) on Thursday, asking her to reply with the $ amount. She never responded so I had to just go to the scheduled appointment. Right away the employee checking me in was not friendly. After watching him type in his computer for five minutes (even though my car had been serviced there before) he finally pulled out a pre-printed sheet with three service options, the least expensive of which $380 and the only actual service included for that amount was an oil change and A/C filter change. The rest was all "inspections". I calmly cancelled on the spot and the service representative was rudely patronizing. Shortly afterwards I again emailed Claudia asking why she did not respond to my first email and she quickly replied stating she never received my first email. (That is not technically possible that she could receive the second and not the first.) By the way, Jiffy Lube in San Ramon performed the same maintenance for $110 and their employee was great. Also, if you're looking for a great deal on a new Jeep, I bought my 2021 Grand Cherokee at the Fremont dealership because their prices were much more competitive. The Walnut Creek Jeep dealership sales staff wouldn't budge and they wanted over $5K more for the same exact car. I hope this helpful.
