I want to recognize Gill for his diligent and practical help in securing my elderly aunt's medication via a transfer prescription from CVS, where the medication was not available. I had arranged for the prescription transfer online but got a little worried that the transfer would be processed on time. I called the store and spoke to Gill, and he outlined steps toward success. It is reassuring when people on site can help solve the online mysteries that sometimes occur.

I can see why this Walgreens has such a low rating... outside of the nice gentleman who assisted me at the pharmacist, there is a lady who works there (pharmacist) that is completely unprofessional and rude. Def not returning. She needs training on customer service and appropriate professional responses.

It's not consistently bad, the pharmacy I mean, but it's often enough to get a 1 star rating. Their service varies, but the level of communication is horrible. I often am notified that my pharmaceuticals are ready via text, yet when I arrive I'm often told they are either delayed or that I'm out of refills (even though it'll state I still have refills on the Walgreens's app). Are all Walgreens this bad, or am I just unlucky to live close to a poorly run pharmacy? Anyway, do yourself a favor if you are able to, go to a different pharmacy and save yourself many phone calls, disappointments, rude service, and wasted trips. I wish I could give them negative stars

If you are coming here for anything related to the pharmacy, expect a very long wait. Don't think you're going to waltz right in and pick up a prescription. Even if the prescription was sent by your doctor over a week ago. It won't be ready. They'll tell you it will be 20 minutes, you'll leave and come back almost an hour later and be told again it's not ready. If you have an appointment for a vaccination, and get there 5-10 minutes before the appointment and having already filled out the necessary paperwork on line ... you'll have to wait. Oh, and you'll have to fill out the paperwork again. Plan for plenty of waiting. Make sure your phone is fully charged. Make sure you're well hydrated and have recently had a meal. Who knows how long you'll be there.

I would give this pharmacy a zero if I could. I have been waiting for my very necessary prescription and after four weeks of trying to get it here it's still unavailable. Overall terrible communication, terrible customer service, they seem to drag their feet as they work. I understand being a pharmacist could be a lot of work, however these pharmacists or at least this facility is hardly working. I hope this helps anyone who tries to use this as a dependable pharmacy because so help me god you should find another.

4 stars for the store and its employees they are great and it's convenient location-close to my residence; this 1 star rating is for the pharmacy. The pharmacist (I think her name is Yuni?) has absolutely no sense of compassion, is extremely judgmental, rude, and unprofessional. She should NEVER EVER interact wijth customers/patients. My husband went in to collect a refill for his script and she rang him up. She said to him, "... you know you shouldn't take this when you're drinking... I smell alcohol. " My husband was taken aback and told her that he had NOT been drinking, the alcohol she was smelling was probably the hand sanitizer he just dispensed from the giant jug next to the register. Then she looked at his script and frowning and shaking her head said, ".... you take how much? That's A LOT." Erm, ok, Judgy, just ring him up and go back to your cave please? I've read many bad reviews about her on Yelp. My husband is her latest victim. We are both going to go with getting our prescriptions mailed directly to us. Smgdh.

PLEASE, will you get self checkout, Walgreens. Join the 1990s and the rest of your dark corporate cohort and add a tiny bit of technology that actually makes your customers happy. As much as I enjoy standing on the $.50 floor stickers to show where the long line should go, if you add just one checkout kiosk your helpful staff could then work on the rear beverage coolers, which are usually half empty.

I had a covid test appointment this morning, and when I pulled up to the driver-thru, it was closed due to "computer being down." There was a note for covid tests to ring the bell, which I did multiple times. I waited over 10 minutes, and no one came. Now I had to come home and make a test appointment somewhere else this afternoon. What waste of time. If a store refuses to honor appointments, why allow that store to accept appointments? If they truly had computer issues that affected covid testing, they could have at least come to window to let me know and reschedule me for later or at another location.

On 4/18/23 around 9pm my friend and I were aggressively racially profiled in this store. After being in the store for about 5 minutes a man (I'm assuming the manager) came up to us and accused us of stealing and very rudely demanded we leave. When pressed about what in the world he was talking about he gestured to my friend who is Black and claimed he'd seen her come in with a group of others that steal from them often. We put our things down and walked to the front to leave because we didn't want to deal with their hostility but before we did I asked the cashier and manager if they were serious about this because my friend and I were enraged. The cashier said she hadn't seen my friend's face only her hair (which is in a protective hairstyle) and thought she was the alleged thief just based on that BUT on a second glance my friend was "much less dark" than the woman she was thinking of. The manager then said "Hey, we're not in the wrong here." which I found quite funny. When asked for his name he refused to give it because he didn't want us to write a bad review. Well maybe next time don't be racist and then you can avoid terrible reviews all together. I hope you both get fired.

I have never received worst customer service in my entire life and I'm 57! I brought a FedEx package in for drop off. I was the only one at the counter and Toni was there training a new clerk. She saw that I was there but continued to show the new hire different steps to take for the photo dept. There was a bell on the counter I was tempted to ring for service. Finally, she asks how she can help me. I gave her the package and she was about to scan the wrong bar code, so I politely told her that it was the other one. She ignores me, but then scans the code I pointed out. She tells the new hire that they normally do not take UPS packages and again I politely tell her it is a FedEx package. She then says, "Ma'am, I'm NOT talking to you." Omg, a know-it-all with an attitude who knows nothing. Never again will I step foot in that toxic store!

Walgreens is always my go to store to pick up little things here and there, they always have nice hair shampoo, conditioner and products like that. I will say this store seemed a lot smaller than most Walgreens , and not that many employees I think I might of seen only one or two. I found almost everything I was looking for, wish they had more body scrub products in stock. And also had wipes but other than that was a nice quick visit.

At around 11:30am 12/17/22 my wife got falsely accused of stealing from this store in front of many customers. Not even an apology was addressed and I will never go back to this Walgreens for the embarrassment they caused to my and my wife. The workers should be attentive enough of who is stealing and who isn't and frankly they probably do this to many people a day considering Walgreens gives the option for email receipts.

Unfortunately, I'm not the only person having issues with this pharmacy. I called to see if I can get a nozzle for my spray in which my dog bit off, and was told I had to get a new rx. I just need the spray as the medication is still good. The prior person was able to help me and get it refilled, but I had to leave out of town unexpectedly and it went back. Called again and this time, a lady named Mitha was helping and she was just so rude. Said she couldn't do it when I explained it was just done in November. She told me she doesn't have time to deal with this and said she had to go. Wow, just straight up rude. Guess they're not paid for their time to help others. From reading the other Yelp reviews, it appears there's one thing we all agree to is that this pharmacy hires RUDE pharmacists. How is one person able to refill when another can't? It's apparent that it's subjective what they're able to do and who's doing it for you. This lady was not nice. I'm not sure if she's the pharmacist since she commented she was not the pharmacist that did it last time, which lead me to believe she is a pharmacist. The techs are so much nicer than the entitled pharmacist that won't take the time assist with the problem. They don't make pharmacist caring like the used to.

I am immunosuppressed. I have no choice but to visit a pharmacy from time to time. Today i went for a COVID shot. There is a sign stating face mask required to enter the patient room where these are administered. Tiny room, no air flow. And the pharmacist doesn't wear a mask??? I explicitly asked that she wear one. She wore a shield... COVID IS AIRBORNE I'm so over being a hermit due to others simply not caring if they kill me. If you are going to wear a mask anywhere can we at least do it in healthcare settings?

What is wrong with this business? They text you and tell you your presentation are ready. When you pick them up they can't find them or ones not ready. Then they give you the sob story they are short handed. Then close the doors if you can't provide a service.Very poor management.I would go somewhere else but insurance pays the bill. And they can't count never the correct number of pills.
