I have been going to Vogue Cleaners for the past 10 years for all my dry cleaning and various alterations (bridesmaid gowns, jeans, blouses, etc.) The price is always reasonable and the items I come back to pick up couldn’t be in better condition. This is the best place to go to in Walnut Creek without a doubt

Rude and unprofessional. Took a blazer to get dry cleaned and it seemed as if they just pressed it and hung it up on a hanger. It didn’t smell or look clean at all. When I asked to dry clean again, owner refused to re-dry clean it after I had paid for it. I had another dress to dry clean and he just threw the dress at me and refused to dry clean it. Don’t go here. There are plenty of places that will treat their customers with respect and get their clothing properly cleaned

I brought a stained silk dress to Vogue. I had taken it to a cleaner in San Francisco twice, they told me it wasn’t salvageable after the second time. Vogue got all of the stains out the first time with ease. This dress was very sentimental so it almost brought me to tears when I picked it up. Vogue has made a forever loyal patron out of me.

I've been a customer of Vogue cleaners for years and I'm surprised I've never given them the props they deserve. Attention to details is at the top of the list. Not only do the owners know my wife and me by name , but they really go the extra yard. Last week we brought in something to get cleaned with a known stain and when they were unable to remove the stain , they sent it out to a sublet shop to get it cleaned again they didn't charge us extra and they still got it to us on our promised date . Alterations? No problem , this is a one stop shop .
