“I took my pug here for the first time to establish care and get a shot and I was impressed with the professionalism and care I got here.
My dog got a bit anxious and excited (he’s a pug so they love to cuddle but can get jumpy when you touch their ears and stuff lol).
The vet was so gentle and professional and gave me insight into a few things to consider with my little guy.
I also found out as suspected he is a bit older than I was told by the rescue I got him from. That was important to know.
I highly recommend this facility to anyone in Walnut Creek!”

“We have nothing but praise for the staff and the care here. We started going here for physical therapy for a 13 year old dog at Canine Rehabilitation Center. He had arthritis and was also receiving treatment for cancer at SAGE. The physical therapy work they with him made a huge difference. The cancer ended up taking him, but he had very happy, energetic and enjoyable live up until the end.
We now use Muller as our primary vet for two dogs. The vet we were using previously was bought by Thrive and the quality/availability of care became unreliable. The prices are reasonable and the staff are great.”
“Such a wonderful and caring service. Dr Cheryl came to our home and helped us through our passing of beloved Tigger. Dr Cheryl suggested to having our other animals say good bye as well. They were able to do so on their own terms. Wish there were 10 stars to give, but alas only 5. Also the fees for services are right on the mark. Very pleased and humbled to know that Dr Cheryl is here for us in our animals time of need.”

“My senior kitty needed emergency dental treatment after being injured at her usual veterinarian. While there are no dental specialists in the bay area on the weekend, they were able to get her in and have a consultation and surgery within 3 days of her first visit. Before they could get her into surgery, they did what they could to adjust her tooth and provide pain management. At each appointment the techs and Dr were all very kind and explained everything thoroughly, repeatedly asking if I had any questions and that I could call at any hour if I had questions.
Of course the cost is what you'd expect for urgent specialist surgery, no dentist is cheap, but they explained the expected itemized cost range before and after surgery and completed it without issue. After she went home they sent a picture of her after the surgery and checked in to see how she was doing the following day. This is her second ER visit at Encina within the past few years and both times have been just as satisfactory.”

“This place is wonderful! After being ignored and treated like we were stupid with our cat's previous vet for two months, we decided to call here and make an appointment for our kitten.
Amazing! We went in, doctor came in and introduced himself, he already read the notes of why we were there, and decided right away to clean out her paw, give her antibiotics, and run a fungal test.
It has almost been a week and her paw is finally normal size, the issue with her chin is gone and all her scabs are healing, and she has been running around being a sweet little thing!
