If I could give more than 5 stars I sure would! After calling multiple places this was the best options for my budget about $200 less than their competitors and their services was even better than the competition. It was a sunny day when they came to my job to do a whole windshield replacment then out of nowhere it started raining a TON! Somehow my windshield was replaced without any water getting into my car I have no idea how they did it, but dang they did a good job. it clearly wasn't the guy's first rodeo, but I cannot get over how he got this finished.

Mauricio did an amazing job to my car window. He text me 30 minutes before my appointment and started working when he arrived. Finished his job in less than 45 minutes.

My car's back windshield was smashed at 12 (Piedmont Ave, Oakland). Called Velocity and they were super responsive, helpful and had the replacement in stock. Mauricio came out at 3:15pm and my car was fixed by 5:15pm. They were fantastic and made a stressful situation so much better. Highly recommend!

The technician who facilitated the repair was highly professional! I was very pleased with the service I received! Not to mention that they also came out to my place of employment, and the fee I was charged was considerably less than the cost estimate I received from another auto glass repair company.

I called at 9am and my front window's crack was fixed by 1pm. Mauricio was on top and finished the job quickly.

I had an issue with my windshield that was causing water to leak into my car.I called and was able to schedule a same day appointment. They will meet you at your house, or whatever address you prefer which is super convenient. Noe the technician was friendly, polite and helpful. He quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. The rate was very affordable and he did a great job.I would use their services again and would recommend them to anyone that needs work done on the glass in their car.

Phone operator was quick and easy on a quote and scheduling. Carlos shows up on a Saturday morning to spot repair a windshield chip on time. He was done in 30 mins and was professional and extremely friendly.

Carlos was excellent!He was friendly, professional, and did a great job of repairing my windshield window quickly, while keeping great communication throughout the process. Noe came out to my house next-day and got a new windshield on my Magnum in no time. He was exceptionally professional and the final bill was better than reasonable. I would highly recommend Velocity and will doubtless give them a call the next time I need auto glass.

Within two hours of my initial call, Noe had come in and replaced the windshield on my Rav4. There was zero inconvenience. It was the easiest and simplest transaction. Noe was very professional, wore a mask, and was very prompt. Highly recommend.

Had my cars back window shatter this weekend. Attempted to find service from a few providers, but hit one brick wall after another. Closed, supply chain issues, out of stock, 2 months waiting time etc. Then I contacted Velocity Auto Glass and spoke to No'e. He assured me that they had my window at their warehouse and would have it and install it within a few days. Sure enough Juan Carlos arrived at my home Tuesday morning and had it installed and ready to go within an hour. He was friendly, professional and a delight to work with him. The window looks great and I am a happy camper! Thank you No'e, Juan Carlos and Velocity Auto Glass, highly recommend them.

Zero problems, the price quoted on phone was the price I paid, and I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Great service, incredibly simple and easy to schedule, and it was inexpensive. I called one afternoon after I had a crack in my windshield that was quickly growing and the woman on the phone informed me that it was probably too late for them to come out same-day, which wasn't even something I considered possible, but she scheduled me for the very next day (way sooner than I expected). The next morning on the day of my appointment, the technician, Carlos, called and left a voicemail (and texted me) asking if I was interested in an earlier time that day, I called him back and said sure. He showed up 10 minutes early, I unlocked the car and he got to work. I came out later and asked if he was OK if I paid at that time so I could get on a work call, he dropped what he was doing and took payment, then promised to lock up and leave my receipt and instructions when he left. He did just that, and he also texted me the instructions and assured me the car was locked as planned (which it was).
