My experience with UPS was quite disappointing. I received a notice on Saturday indicating that my package needed a signature and couldn't be left at my door. Following the instructions, I visited the UPS store at Tice Valley the next morning to collect it. However, upon arrival, I was informed by the store assistant that my package wasn't there and that I should wait for 24 hours.
When I inquired about how I was supposed to be aware of this waiting period, the assistant mentioned the slip left at my door. Strangely, upon checking the slip, there was no mention of the 24-hour wait. This lack of clarity was frustrating.
To add to the frustration, another assistant mentioned that I should have called ahead before coming. This comment felt unnecessary and only added to the overall dissatisfaction with UPS's service. 1 star.

Would it be possible to at least hire someone who knows how to smile!! Jeez! Yes, they do their job but I always feel like I’m putting them out!! Came in Thursday 3/9 at 11:00 am.

Was shocked at the negative reviews. Amy & crew are indeed no nonsense & efficient. They may not present the insincere kiss bootie vibe some members of the community seem used to, but I have had this UPS go above and beyond to be welcoming & to help me w/ every single service I needed. And it was done right the first time! I appreciate how they make the effort to know their regular customers too. I travel work & use UPS all over the country, this location sets a standard for service. Highly recommend.

Employee possibly stealing packages! I intended to send 2 packages from this location and to make a long story short the man behind the counter was so rude. So rude and erratic I felt like my safety was threatened. He didn’t offer to give me a shipping receipt and when I asked, he acted like I asked him to give me $100. I’ve never experienced someone not wanting to give a receipt/tracking number. This is a very normal and routine request. These were returns to a store (clearly marked on the box) and I can only take this to mean this gentleman might be stealing packages! Why else would he be so resistant about providing a receipt? I assume a lot of older folks from Rossmoor use this UPS location and it pains me to think he might be treating elderly folks this way - taking advantage of them and possibly stealing their packages.
